- Kanan looks good with the beard. Don't really like the Jaig eyes on his helmet thing those are for Rex... Off set Jedi emblem would've worked better
- Battle droids... Why though if you wanted to show Rex fighting droids shouldn't have cancelled TCW...
- Sabine looks even more lesbian now.....
- Wedge! Also first time for Scout troopers
- Thrawn's bit was cool. He shouldn't have pupils though... Guess they didn't want to scare the kids or whatever... Bane had solid red eyes
Well cool trailer definitely gets my hype although the season 2 trailer made season 2 seem better than it actually was... Hope this is not the case again. I hope we see Vader again he should have a small role. I think Ezra will turn to the dark side. At the end he says "the only way to destroy the Sith". This is what Anakin said on Mortis when he turned.

Dave Filoni always brings the best trailers to Celebrations and Conventions. Seriously, the trailers for Clone Wars and Rebels have always been great. I'm curious how Sabine got the Darksaber... Maul had it at the end of Son of Dathomir. I'm guessing he left it on Mandalore in the series finale arc? No Inquisitors so far... I know people don't really like them anymore after the three stooges we saw last season, but I would like to see some so we can see their organization get destroyed before A New Hope. |

Didn't notice the dark saber... Will have to watch it a few more times because there's a lot of stuff that's easy to miss. Also have to finish Son of Dathomir I think it'd be cool if Sidious orders Vader to hunt down the Inquisitors or something but there many ways they could go about that. Maybe those Imperial Aqua droid-esque droids are supposed to replace them... I don't really see the Empire using droids like that. Trade Federation really dealt with armies of battle droids |

Yeah I don't want anymore inquisitors, the first one was really cool the last 3 sucked. And those are not Aqua Droids, they're Dark Troopers from the EU. They're already established. Having Thrawn is cool, like in the crawl for ANH it says the Rebellion scored its first major victory (Rouge One). So I bet we will see the Empire destroy most of what they achieved so far and then the Rebellion is in sort of a desperation by ANH to make a major move. Pretty sure Thrawn will actually do something. They should have given him solid red eyes though, idk why DF would go against that. Rex and Ezra fighting armies of battle droids, huh that's kind of cool. Would be cool if Wolffe and Gregor could come back for that episode... Like we still didn't get a solid answer on what happened to them. However the models for the B1s are actually really good... Scout Troopers look good as well, honestly all the newer stuff in these episodes looks a lot better then the season 1 stuff but they won't go back and update a lot of the season 1 stuff too much animation wise Wedge is in it that's cool, I expected him eventually... Maul and Ezra are going full on bro time, Kanan is probably going to get cut out more and more from Ezra, but his new model looks really good, the beard is nice. Sabine however yeah... Looks complete Lesbian lol |

And this is likely only the first half of the season as well, the trailer we got around this time last year was only episodes 1-9 I believe.

I'm still expecting to see Boba Fett and Jabba eventually... Maybe second half of this season idk... Honestly seeing Cad Bane wouldn't be surprising at this point.

Buts it's kind of insane that all of this will probably only be the first 1-11 episodes at the most... Last years first trailer was only half the season....
This is easily going to be the most eventful and action packed season yet, maybe even the most by Clone Wars standards as well... I don't think we ever got this much stuff going on in the first half of a season.

Also cool trivia, the giant tree thing is named Bendu apparently voiced by Dee Baker.
Him and the episode itself was actually a digital set from TCW they worked on but they never released, so the animation may be quite good in that episode. And as I thought it seemed kinda Mortis like so this may have been the Mortis follow up we where going to see in TCW.

Kanan looks good with the beard and the Bendu seems interesting. Certainly a lot happening, but I feel Rebels is still forcing a lot into the show. I'm sure this season will be better than 1 and 2, I just hope there isn't too much that it becomes messy or the pacing begins to feel odd.

Really interested in more of the mandolorian stuff they'll show. I want me some more exposition on the Siege No sign of Maul wanting to confront Obi-Wan at all, but I like how much of him appearing they're hinting at. I'm still holding out hope for an Old Wounds adaption. Thrawn's great and seems really the same he was in the old canon, besides having contact lenses that give him pupils that is Good stuff, nice that this gave up the goods unlike Rogue One. |
