But just look at Grievous' arms... they're pretty thin. Savage could rip one off if he had the chance. He basically killed Adi Gallia by just ramming her with his horns. I don't think Savage would try to go for his arms anyway. He'd probably just randomly attack him with his lightsaber and in the end he'd probably disarm Grievous because he's stronger.

Grievous gets disarmed quite a lot so I'd say it's possible.
