It isn't canon. Judging by the drawing style it's based on the old CW series, which totally isn't canon. Everyone was overpowered in that series, especially Durge and Grievous. It is canon, it hasn't been overwritten so still is the canon version of that story. It's the same level of canon as the DEATH STAR III.

But just look at Grievous' arms... they're pretty thin. Savage could rip one off if he had the chance. He basically killed Adi Gallia by just ramming her with his horns. Grievous definitely has more skill with lightsabers, but in a one on one fight with Savage where anything's possible, Savage would beat him. But while Savage is trying to rip one arm off, what would the other three be doing? And don't forget Grievous' kicks... I don't think Savage would try to go for his arms anyway. He'd probably just randomly attack him with his lightsaber and in the end he'd probably disarm Grievous because he's stronger.

A few years ago, there was this book with hypothetical SW duels where the fighters were supposed to be on the same level and one of them was Sidious vs Grievous and I was just like I think I have that book...yeah......l
