So that isn't Tatooine in the trailers but Jakku? Yeah... not that it really looks that different...

So they revealed that there will be another kind of villain in this movie who won't appear in a physical form but who was alive before the Prequel Trilogy... Apparently there are clues that this character may be Darth Plagueis and that Plagueis was actually behind everything. So Plagueis is more like the Palpatine of the entire saga. He planned everything and manipulated everything, even Palpatine. I guess that would be a way to solve the issue of the main villain being dead... and if done properly it could be interesting... but it would sort of ruin Palpatine's character.

Not really Palpatine didn't have the entire plan. He was mainly just an important piece then took over his masters plan.

Makes sense with the Force awakens title for him not to be like physical.. Could be played by Serkis he was the evil sounding guy voicing over the first trailer and this guy could be a cgi character.. Then maybe the broadsaber guy (most likely Driver) is like second in command or something..

Pretty much everything that happens in Star Wars is part of his plan.

And yes this "Serkis" guy is supposed to play the character. And Plagueis supposedly died in his sleep... maybe that is what the Force Awakens refers to? There are also theories that this person is the Sith Emperor from SWTOR though... Either way I'm guessing it is at least someone we've seen/heard about before otherwise it wouldn't make sense to be so secretive about it.

I doubt it they already said the Sith in the mask is not Revan I don't think they would have another character be him. It's probably just a new character. Besides Revan is technically dead now and it's not like they would really take an established EU character change everything wouldn't make sense when they could just create their own

Because this sith is rumored to be some kind of relic hunter, which is also why Vader's mask is in the trailer.

The mask guy is Kylo Ren unless that wasn't his real name.. I think this guy is someone else
Also Lupita Nyong'o is playing a CGI character as well called Maz Kanata she's supposed to be a pirate

This is a teaser for an upcoming swtor expansion but it's looks like the planet it Jakku which if that's the case then there's chance that perhaps this ancient artifact Hunter in TFA is actually related to SWTOR possibly bringing it back into canon, There's been talks lately of that

This was another image that looks like comes right after the first one, I think we're going to see another one of those badass CGI trailers at E3 on Monday during the EA panel. ?6 (CBK)

I'm very hopeful it'll return to being canon. I mean why continue a game that's not retaining its canonical relevance?

I'm very hopeful it'll return to being canon. I mean why continue a game that's not retaining its canonical relevance? Well I'm almost certain it will, EA is in charge of Star Wars games now but EA bought Bioware back in 2010 I believe and has had rights to SWTOR ever since so put that all together with future EA licensed Star Wars games being canon it's likely SWTOR and Kotor given that was also made by Bioware will be canon again. And since this planet could be Jakku and could relate to the movies that's even more reason to believe it will be canon.

There will be a cinematic for sure, too many pictures that look like the CGI we saw before... Also EA and SWTOR seems to be hyping thee two guys up a lot so I wonder if they're really important for something. Everyone seems to believe this new expansion will be related to the sequels somehow just how and why is unsure. But I think Disney perhaps took an interest in the game and told them to add something that relates to the sequels

Did you guys see any of the pictures that leaked yesterday? Nien Nunb and Admiral Ackbar are back. Nien Nunb is wearing the same clothes after 30 years (I really wish they at least changed that) and Ackbar, if it is him, is still alive. But he's got to be in his 80s at this point... anyway, they're both puppets again by the looks of it and they look good.

I mean, I know they are aliens and may not age the same as humans... but still...

The life span for them is 80 years. So I'd especially Ackbar to not be around long

We also got confirmation of who Domhnall Gleeson's playing. He'll be a First Order officer called General Hux.

I'm pretty happy they didn't release the third trailer yet though. I hate it when they over-promote movies (like Age of Ultron). They're giving us just the right amount of information at just the right times for this movie. One more full trailer, in my opinion, is all that we need at this point.

Although I also really want to see some official pictures of Supreme Leader Snoke. But since he's probably only going to be in like 2 or 3 scenes I'm guessing that won't happen.

Yeah I think one more trailer in later October or Early November would be good then the TV spot right before but that will probably be random parts of other trailers.
The Hobbit movies had a lot of clips released early as well which I didn't really like.
Leia looks pretty good fee her age, Luke will probably look older and Han is supposed to be quite a bit older.
Idk I think I like Kylo and Han best. Ford is the only actor I really care for.
Is Lando in this or not?

I sort of hope we get it then. October or November is a bit too long of a wait for me. Apparently Lando isn't in this, but there have been rumors that he'll play a larger role in Episode VIII.

I watched the comic con panel for this it was fun but like some of the fan questions were kind of embarrassing but that's usual.. But yeah everyone seems really chill John Boyega and Oscar Issac seem like really cool dudes, Daisy seems nice and funny I hope she gets more well known and successful after TFA I think she has potential. Gwendolyn Christie is awesome too I haven't seen her in GOT but she also comes across as cool. Domhnall is funny as well and really sweet like he pulled out Carrie's chair for her when she came in feels like an all around good guy like someone who'd help you move if you asked him........
Lol idk what that was... But it was funny when the big three came in everyone was making jokes even before the others were joking around about Harrison. Carrie was all over Mark too for some reason...
Idek man I watched a few panels really fun you guys should watch them too it's enjoyable
