Did anyone else read that one plot rumor about Leia having some weapon of mass destruction called the "Sledgehammer"? It's just a rumor, right, not already dismissed or confirmed and I'm just behind on things?  There are literally hundreds of rumors flying around. I've heard multiple ones similar to that yet all still different (I haven't heard the name Sledgehammer before though). Don't look into it much. Honestly, there's enough rumors circulating at this point to write the entire movie. But only a few of them are actually true. |

The second teaser (or first official trailer I guess) should be coming out this month.  There's already rumors about what we'll see in it. I haven't looked at them because I think spoiling a 2 minute trailer is dumb, but I'm almost certain we'll at least see Han and probably Chewie. |

The Sith looks cool but a lot of Sith. He reminds me of the ones you see in the Swtor trailers with the masks. I hope he's a pretty good character though and not Maul 2.0 where he's just there to do cool stuff so little kids get to see some cool lightsaber sequence. |

That trailer was pretty awesome. Loved seeing Han and Chewie. Harrison is the only older actor I care for since well he was the only one with a real acting career after Star Wars. But the settings and everything look great and I think this new villain will actually be pretty cool. I hope there's a seaquence with Spirit Anakin though or Obi-Wan. Well... It was cool... But nothing like super special or badass like some other trailers.. I feel like the hand rumor will be true though I mean we see Anakin's lightsaber so....
And yeah the Stormtrooper's actually looked kind of weird here before I thought they were okay.. The new pilots are weird too
It was nice to see Han and Chewie though

Looks like some great visuals, but you really can't tell much more from this trailer either. The shot at 0:30 was really cool, but the sudden zoom in at 1:27 felt a little odd to me. Still gets me excited though. |

Chewie's eyes look off though. I don't know why they made them more narrow but it's sort of off setting. But I really love the look of all the new Imperial stuff.

Yeah I noticed that with Chewie but I don't think that's a big concern But it looks like the use of CGI isn't crazy overboard so that's cool |

I watched it again a few times i didn't pay attention to the new ships like the shuttles or whatever before looks like there is a new SD as well
One of my problems was the music though... Like okay it's Star Wars music but it's old Star Wars music... The little pieces during Vader's helmet shot and the one starting at around 1:05 sounded really good but then they cut back to the old theme and it was sort of disappointing.. I want a nice soundtrack for this movie and it should sound new. They might not be done with it yet but they could've done something else for this trailer...

Saw this but since Luke seems to have a son there's no other Skywalker name unless it's just a first name or goes by something else. Sadly I was hoping for a ghost appearance of Obi-Wan, Yoda or Anakin. |

Realistically though the Empire would still control most of everything they still had so yeah it would be a hard time for the Rebels and Jedi but in terms of force sensitive opposition shouldn't be able to match Vader and Palpatine so Luke and whoever else is a jedi shouldn't have. As strong competition

That would actually be really good to have Rey as a force sensitive female since there's been pretty much none focused upon in the movies. And it makes sense, since it seems more unlikely that Poe or Finn is force sensitive.
