Forgot to mention this, but is it weird that I actually prefer T.C. Carson as Mace Windu? As awesome as Samuel L. Jackson is, I find it difficult to say which one I prefer. Now if Mace had some of that Jackson charisma thrown in, then there'd be no question, but since he's directed to be so detached and slightly ticked off it feels like Lucas is just holding back on what could've been a pretty great member for the prequel cast. Then again I guess you could say that for just about everyone involved with the prequels  And yet I still get a kick out of watching them. What is wrong with me? |

Agreed, it almost sounded too high pitched at parts. Christopher Lee worked pretty well as Dooku, but I'm happy they got Corey Burton to do it for the rest of the series. Dooku in the show is a bit different from movie Dooku. Movie Dooku seems more elegant and actually seems like an idealist. TCW Dooku is a bit more of a typical Sith Lord bad guy... not that that's a bad thing though.

TCW Dooku is a bit more of a typical Sith Lord bad guy... not that that's a bad thing though. Though sometimes it is a little weird thinking of the two as the same. Kinda like Hayden Christensen and Matt Lanter. |

I remember way back when the show was in development and Hayden had expressed interest in reprising his role. Jeez, I struggle to imagine how that would've turned out, considering how different a take Matt put on Anakin.

Matt was really good, but with better scripts, maybe Hayden could've salvaged some of his reputation. I'm not sure how he'd be as a voice actor, but I doubt it would've been worse than the movies. However, Sam. Jackson was kind of weird in TCW movie, so maybe movie actors just don't translate as well to an animated series. |

Mark Hamill says hi It's always been my belief that Lucas' direction, or sheer lack thereof, is why the acting in the prequels is, save for a few odd moments, wooden. |
