As for who they'll kill off when the time comes... Kanan will definitely die. There's really no loop hole to him being a jedi. There used to sort of be, but he was knighted in Season 2 and he's pretty jedi-like now. I used to think they wouldn't kill Ezra, but now I think it's a possibility. Either that, or he goes into exile (or maybe becomes a Bendu?). Hera and Chopper will continue to serve the Alliance (maybe with Zeb too, but I also think he could die), and Sabine could go back to Mandalore. All just guesses of course. Unless Ryloth gets liberated then Hera may go home. Ezra rumors with the Knights of Ren could possibly be true as well, but he's not really a Jedi. He's more in between. Kanan should probably die but then again he could just go into exile eventually as well.

Also a spoiler for this season due to Lego sets.... {Spoiler}There's apparently a Ghost II set gonna be released...
So I guess the current ship will get destroyed, and they already lost the Phantom

Hmm I wonder if Maul will see Kenobi on the Holocron I hope he does. The can of worms that would open up is just too tempting. It's why I'm getting more and more hyped for the inevitable second half season trailer now #OldWoundsadaption

kisscartoon.me/Cartoon/Star-Wars-Rebels-Season-3Episode is up early... It was pretty good but obviously setting up something much larger.... Mauls vision, I think it was Kenobi. "He lives". Ezra also said "Twin Suns"... It's gonna happen boys, Maul vs Kenobi

LOL, I'm really surprised at how many people online are in denial over the massive implication of Old Wounds actually happening. Didn't know so many people were against the proper conclusion As for me, I'm just going to sit back and wait for the inevitable hype trailer.

Didn't know so many people were against the proper conclusion As for me, I'm just going to sit back and wait for the inevitable hype trailer. Both fans and developers when Maul came back probably knew Obi-Wan would still have to be the one to ultimately kill Maul. If it was Anakin or Dooku or someone in TCW, it just wouldn't feel right IMO. The only ones that should be able to kill Maul now are Vader and Kenobi. I'm fine with either tbh, but I think Maul showing up on Tatooine and fighting Kenobi, Kenobi trying to protect Luke would feel like actual closure. Kenobi went to Tatooine to protect Luke, he will finally have a reason too. Of course Palpatine could Kill Maul as well and that wouldn't be so bad but... that's overkill and anti climatic

Haven't seen the episode yet (although I already got spoiled elsewhere), but I'm really looking forward to this. It'll probably be the season finale. Honestly, Obi-Wan's the best one to kill Maul. Vader or Sidious could have worked, but it just wouldn't feel totally fitting like Obi-Wan doing it.

Just saw the episode. I liked how we got a reference to Maul ruling Mandalore. It was a pretty big event so it makes sense that Sabine would know about it. So I guess there's no darkside Bendu. That's probably for the better since that would be out of character for him. Still, it would be cool to see him as a bad guy.

Yeah there's no reason to show Luke, but Owen Lars could work. If it was like the comic or something

And I don't really want the Ghost Crew to be there... but the story follows them so...
Maybe just Kanan and Ezra, or even just 1 of them

Also I don't think Thrawn should have been in the first episode. Shouldn't have had Bendu and Thrawn introduced together. And I don't think Thrawn is going to have a main role until episode 4 "Hera's Heroes". Which is the clip I posted a few days ago

I wouldn't be surprised if they make a one time exception and leave the Ghost crew out of it. Leaving it between Maul and Obi-Wan would up the personal stakes.

Also something to point out... Whaf Ezra wanted to see in his vision was "They key to defeating the Sith". Well technically Luke Skywalker IS the key. Maul wanted to finding Kenobi.
So really what they both wanted is both what they got however Ezra's side of things wasn't very direct

Why does Maul like even bother with the Ghost crew... Like yeah all the original characters are in the same universe as the Rebels characters but in a way it's like a different universe... It just doesn't make sense to throw in original characters it feels weird and wrong... Showing people like Thrawn is okay but Maul doesn't fit here IMO. He has his own story and it doesn't really have anything to do with the Rebels characters. I wish they would stop trying to force in TCW things it just doesn't fit. They should focus on their new characters and make good stories about them.
Also if they bring in Obi-Wan it will be a mistake. As much as I want to see him, I don't think it will be good. It will take away from the rebels and it will just be about Maul and Obi-Wan. I bet they'll try to "avoid" that by sticking in Kanan and Ezra somewhere and it's just going to be a huge mess. Maul should've been kept out. Also there's the thing that you can't just pick up the characters' stories where they left off after 15 years....

Well Maul doesn't no know where the Rebel base is and he has no way of contacting Ezra and Kanan. So tbh luring the Ghost Crew and capturing them is a decent way to draw them out. I don't think there was much wrong with the last episode.

I wonder what Maul did for 15 years though, was probably in Exile I guess like Kenobi and Yoda, he doesn't have that much of a choice really.

Anyways descriptions for next few episodes
Sabine goes undercover as a cadet in the Empire's elite flight academy to help break out several young pilots wanting to defect to the rebellion
Hera's rebel supply mission to Ryloth becomes personal when she and the Ghost crew brave overwhelming Imperial forces to recover a memento from her ancestral home
On a salvage mission led by Captain Rex, the Ghost crew is captured by a unit of old battle droids determined to fight "one last battle" to end the Clone Wars.
So I guess the Droids are a pocket of stragglers, tbh the Tarkin novel mentions these kinds of incidents so they're likely going off that

Wedge looks and sounds really young... He does not look like that in ANH which is just a couple years away... I was thinking this might be a flashback to Sabine in the Empire but guess not.
It's kind of weird that they only give the Imperial pilots personality... Stormtroopers are they same type of people but they're never shown defecting... Also I think they should've put Biggs in this episode too or instead of Wedge
