Wow, Jon Snow is alive! Who would have guessed? Oh yeah, everybody.
And yeah, All Hail Lord Bolton.

Then it was stupid not to show the death scene... The writing on this show is starting to get quite questionable... Dorne being the obvious standout

I actually kind of liked Roose Bolton (despite him killing Rob), so I was sort of bummed to see him go. I definitely think they're setting up Ramsay as the main bad guy now (at least until the White Walkers come in). The chances of him dying at the end of the season are extremely high, I'd say. The Greyjoy stuff wasn't that interesting, but we've barely seen them in the entire show so I guess I'll just wait to see how that goes. Speaking of uninteresting, I don't care about what's happening with Arya. At all. Bran stuff was good! That's a relief. I guess this was still only his first episode, but seeing Bran's storyline through flashbacks is a fun way to do it. Max Von Sydow's a good actor too. And finally, Jon Snow. Of course he was coming back, everyone knew it. I honestly wasn't expecting it until a few episodes later, but it was done well so I was fine with it happening now. I wonder if he'll have any side effects.

That revival kind of sucked... like I expected them to have a good reason to do it or something... but Davos just asked Melissandra because he liked Jon? I mean, why does he care so much about Jon that he asks her to revive him? Could he not have let her revive his son?

Reason I thought about Stannis was when he said "War of the Five Kings and the other Four are dead". But then I was like hmm. We saw the other 3 die but not Stannis so nah. Roose said last week that they found Stannis' body. Exactly, he is dead. Unless Ramsay is a red priest and he brings him back from the dead...

Everyone is talking about the return of Jon Snow... But what about the return of Benjen?

I like how Roose died... stabbed in the chest by a Bolton he trusted... so ironic...

Everyone is talking about the return of Jon Snow... But what about the return of Benjen? Yeah that was cool, but I think everyone is more excited for the Tower of Joy flashback... And also, where was Brandon?

Good thing this show is smart enough not to waste Max Von Sydow... *cough* Kylo Ren *cough*

And also, where was Brandon? I was justjoking about Benjen... although... That is the second time in three episodes Benjen is mentioned... Benjen's glorious return as Azor Ahai confirmed? But yeah, next week should be good. Even though we all pretty much know what will happen in that flashback... And I think Brandon was sent to another house, just like Ned was later.

RIp random story teller in the street that got his head smashed Despite all of the awesome, badass scenes in this episode, that might have been my favorite part. I remember that guy from the Season 5 finale too so it's hilarious they brought the character back just to give him an over the top death. The Mountain's awesome so far, I can't wait to see him really fight.

I mean she wasn't so much before but now that they destroyed her ships she is no longer going to potentially be relevant any time soon.

I don't know what that is really about to be fair... but it seems like Yara is eager to take the throne so there will at least be some competition going on at some point... Anyway, did you read the books? Because it seems you did...
