Episode 12 Trivia
- The title of this episode is a reference for a short story i once wrote (note: it sucked) - In this episode it was very important to set up a believable friendship/romantic interest between Cameron and Kareen. The script went throught many changes to archieve this but in the end i'm still not sure if i truly got that believablility across as i felt i was repeating some things. - To get that relationship was not only important for Cameron's character but also for Kareen's death at the end of the episode. - Her death is one of the major factures for Cameron why he turns scum in ROTI - Commander Reyn is named after Reyn from the Wii game Xenoblade Chronicles. There is no relation to both character. I just liked the name. - If you look closely you can see Reyn get shot in the head in the background as Cameron hides Kareen - This is the first episode with more then 200 pictures and is of yet the longest episode - The opening sequence where Zoldius kidnaps Taggart was a nod to Star Trek: Into Darkness where Khan opens fire on a meeting. - I wanted to make the planet a desert planet similar to Tatooine but noticed i didn't have enough avaible baseplates to get this feeling of a wide open dune. So i decided to add something in the dialogue to explain why there are upright plates in the background. - When Daniel, Talia and Zorrus are shooting at some Droids i purposely made Daniel's lasers light green instead of standard orange to hint at his future turn to scumminess. - The ship Zoldius uses in this episode is the same one used by Ravi to get to Morzux in ROTJK - This episode sets up a sub plot for Zoldius that will be shown the rest of the season - I purposely didn't give Cameron his helmet this episode as i felt it might have taken away some way of forming a bond with the character - Yoda mentions that he will speak to Palpatine just before the Redemption leaves Coruscant. Then Palps gave the information to Dooku - Even though not very long i wanted to create a really awesome lightsaber battle in this episode between Ravi, Zoldius, Dooku and Avery - The Stone Chamber was the first set build for this episode and also the first scene filmed. - Many of the Tomb corridors and hallways exist of the same pieces but done in a way to look differently at the same time. - While i was uploading the episode i noticed i forgot to film the scene where Zoldius hurts Cameron and Ravi comes in to promise Kareen's safety. So i quickly put a hallway together and filmed it. - Out of fear the Cameron x Kareen might have been a bit too much i added in the 'get a room' joke with Daniel and Avery to add some light humor - Stonerite might re-appear in a Secret Rise Project that i'm working on - I added in the short scene with Nalyal and Daniel talking about the Kaadus as a reference to Episode 5 - An Endangered Escort - This might sound weird, but it felt nice to finally film Ravi with his purple lightsaber again - Actually his lightsaber is slightly different then the one in ROTI. For ROTI i used a regular saber hilt but for ROTR i'm using the more chrome sprayed one that i got in the Star Wars Rebels Ghost set. - Zoldius's origins will be revealed later in the Season. - I first planned to have Asajj show up together with Dooku but decided against it as it would've been too crowded - The Stone of Guidance, as mentioned in the episode, is made by Wizards (Darren's ancestors) This will come into play later on as we near the finale - Originally a lot of the dialogue inside the Tomb was supposed to take place on the dunes, but then i noticed how short of a time the characters actually spend in the tomb so i decided to switch some scenes and locations. - Although not seen and only sort of mentioned, Zoldius tortured Hendrix psychologically to a point where the man requested his own death.

Great episode Ivar. The set design was fantastic, loved the use of set pieces from the old Adventurers them, since I loved that theme Also I really enjoy the tiny little details you throw in like how subtle the scum foreshadowing can be, as well as very obvious. Speaking of which I think you gave Cameron plenty of incentive to conspire against Ravi one day. I'm really liking these set up moments for Infiltrators And I think you did good on trying to make viewers actually care for Kareen who's only just a one time character, so I'd say you did a top job on achieving on what you wanted with this story.

Well yeah, I saw it. You were right about the sets. They have been especially good these last two episodes. What happened to Cameron was kinda predictable, but that's only because we know happens to him later and this was a good set up for that. I think you did a good job with Kareen as well. 9/10.

Well it's been a week so here's the trivia (Contains Spoilers)
- This episode is named after an episode from "Invader Zim" In terms of plot they have nothing alike - This is the episode that went throught the most re-writes. I think it kinda shows - This is the first time since Episode 8 we see the teleporter again. I was going to completely redesign it at first but choose to do only minor alterations in the end. - The scene with the four bridges was incredibly difficult to film, but i think it turned out rather well - Geotill's unknown masters will come into play later in the Season as this episode began a small subplot - I used the tour that Zorrus gave to Geotill as a way to explain everyone's position on the Redemption Cruiser - The scene in the end was filmed to mimmic the last scene from "The Tombs of Old" only this time with Zorrus instead Cameron. Where Cameron was angry Zorrus is calm and accepting. - That wasn't the only reason i mimmic the scene. I also did it to foreshadow Zorrus's reason to turn scum in "Rise of The Jedi Knight" - One of the clones gaurding the Teleport was called "Viral" I did this a reference to the character Viral from "Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann" - The production number of the clone found dead in Darren's room was A113. This is a reference to a recurring easter egg in Pixar films. - This is the first episode with Phase II clones - I had a scene written where Fierce would comment on his ARC Trooper armour not looking so special anymore, but i cut it. - Skelly was originally going to be in the 'four bridges' scene was i decided to take him out as it was getting too crowded. - Zorrus was hit in the face by Geotill's Electro-staff but was able to get up immediately. Ravi and Fierce weren't. This is because Geotill has to activate the electro setting and he didn't do that when he hit Zorrus. - In the original draft Geotill was being escorted to Coruscant, but i decided to let the place of destination unknown as it wasn't seen anyway. - The platform where the crew picks up Geotill was supposed to represent a floating one as seen in The Phantom Menace and Attack of The Clones. However it would've taken too much time to edit the pictures and i couldn't get the feel right using LEGO's - During the station scene you can see Talia and Nalyal happily shopping together in the background. - I wanted to play the aspect of a saboteur a little bit, as a reference to "Rise of The Saboteurs" - Originally i wanted to film the sabotage scene too, but it felt it was more effective to leave it off-screen. - I had Zorrus and Geotill fist fight for a little bit, trying to trick the audience into thinking Zorrus couldn't kill him. I tried to make the shot that Zorrus fired at Geotill a little bit of a small shock. - In the scene where they return to the Teleporter Zorrus finds blood and the dead clone. This was a reference to police investigation series like NCIS or Castle wich my family really enjoys. It was also a character moment for Zorrus as his police skills came into help. - Geotill Ackers torso is that of the Lone Ranger minifigure. His face is Saruman. - Geotill wields an Electro Staff. It is largely the same model as Skelly's Fire Lance or the weapons that Magnagaurds, however i decided to call it an Electro Staff still. - Cameron didn't get one line of dialogue in this episode. I did this on purpose because of Kareen's death in the last episode.

Sorry it took so long for me to watch this one, kind of got caught up in my own creative stuff One thing I loved about this one was the final duel set piece. Fantastic design Ivar and I can easily see how it was difficult to film with it, but you made it work perfectly. Lots of great call backs as well, as well as Zorrus' foreshadowing scene at the end. Also, I suppose this subplot will be connecting to the Ambush Games episode?

Well yeah, I finally saw it I'm kinda embarrassed it took so long. Like Mav said, the final set piece was amazing and a great show case of the amazing work you put into this. The story definitely felt a bit more compact as opposed to the last two weeks but the thing I've liked this season is that it's never clear at the beginning exactly where the episode is going and it's fun to find out. Like at first it just seemed like a peaceful tour but of course couldn't stay that way. And then it turned into a mystery, then a murder mystery. And it seemed like it would be an Ambush Game but it surprised me that it became a manhunt /moral dilemma. So yeah, that was cool. The only thing was that once the engines exploded it became kinda obvious who the culprit was. I mean who else would it be? But luckily, it wasn't a mystery too long and we got to the good stuff in the final showdown. But yeah, good episode. I felt the character change at the end was a little force fed but it was still fine. Oh, and I liked how the bosses are still a mystery and Cameron's silence was a nice touch.

Really liked that one, Ivar! I was surprised when Zoldius came in and I like how mysterious he is. Also, it was great to see Evangeline and Haracus, it's been awhile. Great story, and something about the dialogue seemed really strong in this one. And yeah, I can't wait to see where it goes in the next one.

I purposely kept Zoldius out of the previews for this surprise and i'm happy it worked out well I'm glad to hear the dialogue was good. I feared it might've been a little bit cheesy or hard to follow. Good thing that wasn't the case

Oops i completely forgot to upload the trivia on this one Episode 14 Trivia:- I made a mistake in this episode. Last episode i introduced the Phase II clone troopers into the show yet i used Phase I clone troopers in this episode. Oops. - I did my very best on the interactions between Ravi and Evangeline. I wanted them to feel like they are friends who know each other closely and have been in close contact with eachother while at the same time creating an atmosphere of romance. In other words i'm trying to not make the romance thing forced. - I wanted to Zoldius as the Episode Picture but in the end i thought it would be better to keep him hidden until people watched the episode. That way it would've had more of an impact. - The backstory of Evangeline's parents will be explained later in the series. - If you paid close attention then you might've noticed that the planet Zoldius saw in his vision in "The Tombs of Old" was Cormellia - There's was a scene planned between the fall of the throne room and Ravi and the others feeling the castle. However it brought the peril of the riot to a halt so i cut it - Zoldius's acolytes are called: Ragnarok, Ayase and Sawano. - Sawano uses the same large blaster that Zoldius used during his first appearance in "A Battle of Equals" However Sawano, being the engineer of Zoldius's group, has added a flamethrower mode. - Zoldius's origin will be revealed next episode. - Most sets in this episode were made from the same pieces over and over again. I kinda did this on purpose so that all the setpieces went together nicely. - I also had a duel between Avery and Ayase planned but it felt unnecessary. - I purposefully didn't show the Seperatist Senator leaving Cormellia. I wanted the Dooku cameo to be a little surprise at the end. - The main theme of this episode is the relation between Evangeline and her people. I wanted to show that her inexperience and youth can be very bothersome in this field. But i never wanted it all to be on her. The people of Cormellia also feel a lot of pressure since the Clone Wars is still raging on and can reach their planet any moment. - It was important that i didn't portray the Cormellian people as villians here even though they took over the castle. I wanted to show that the reason they did something this extreme had a good reason behind it and i hope i showed that. - Sawano burning the crops was a command by Zoldius. The people of Cormellia didn't know this. Why would they burn their own crops? - Skelly is pretty much aware that Ravi has feeling for Evangeline. - In the original script Haracus just had a 'speeder' During filming i decided to use a landspeeder and add a printed plate on it and i imagined it said "Haracus' Speeder"

Finally found the time to see it Really loved how Zoldius and the gang livened things up here in an episode that was full of slow pace, then everything speeds up and hits the ground running. I think you're definitely making Ravi and Evangeline's shipping feel natural as well Can't wait for part 2. And is this just a two parter, or are there more?

EP 13: 8/10 EP 14: 9.5/10 EP 15: 8.5/10 Episode was pretty good even though I called it wrong. Well anyway I thought all the conversations at the beginning were good and helped make the characters feel relatable. When they broke the tree, I thought it meant you were going to kill Evangeline (symbolism) but you came up with a better metaphor for that and I'm glad she survived. It's also cool that Haracus is joining the crew. Should be fun. Will probably do something with Natalie. IDK. And I also liked the whole story with the prisoners escaping. My least favorite part was probably bringing in Sidious. IDK, being able to take on both him and Dooku made Zoldius seem way too powerful and it didn't really make sense for Sidious to just leave him alive. Maybe Zoldius could barely escape with his life of they could think he's dead but I think Sidious should been left out. IDK. Oh yeah, the Marshall reference was cool and you could say they're the counterpart to the Father from Mortis. And I think Valkyris and Zoldius are the same person now. Good episode.

I tried to make it look like several times that Zoldius was having an incredible hard time fighting them and that if the Redemption didn't show up Sidious probably would've killed him. I kinda see Zoldius at the same level of power as Dooku. I was more worried about the romance feeling cheesy or forced instead of a natural romance.
