So last night I got the leaked episodes/movie whatever they call it and I made my brother watch them (He's 9 so he's technically the "target" age group) I don't know what exactly he thought of it but he said how it was okay. He wasn't focused on it, kind of went to his Ipod alot and played WOT Blitz on his Ipod during it. So I guess he didn't really like it, wasn't intrigued by it. I know he's just 1 person but he watches alot of Phineas and Ferb and Disney shows but he watches a ton of ATLA/LOK, NCIS, PLL. This doesn't prove anything I get it, but he's the target age group and he didn't even like it.

Yeah, probably 2-4 seasons unless it becomes extremely popular or something. But not all 9 year olds like SW too, so that's something to consider.

I love youuuu Dissssneyyyy!!!!  Rebels is going to be Potato is Awesomeing amazing!!!!  I honestly think this new animation is a major step-up from TCW. The characters in Rebels are so well developed. Who doesn't love a cowboy Jedi?? I'm so glad that they got rid of that Starkiller storyline. It was absolutely terrible. This Rebels storyline is so more believable. Another great aspect of this show is the storm-troopers. These emotionless soldiers don't carry all the drama of those unrealistic clone troopers. Plus, the clones were like total try-hards when it came to battles. At least the storm-troopers give their enemies a fair chance. Did I mention that the Inquisitor is a total badass? His lightsaber blew my mind. All in all this show will be the best thing that has happened to the Star Wars saga. I'm really looking forward to it, and will watch every single episode. #excited |

I just watched the premiere because I found it online... It wasn't bad {Spoilers}Story was pretty good. Had that Star Wars feel to it however I think they went overboard with trying to achieve that... The music was almost exactly from the movie soundtracks and the little original music they used wasn't that great...
Then there was the cheesy dialogue that made me cringe however for an XD show I don't think it was too terrible...
But Ezra he's still a piece of shit like what the fuck is he doing he just randomly comes in and starts stealing stuff.. Which is another thing the episode thing actually did start out with that 7 min. preview we saw earlier which is unfortunate there should've been some background info..
But yeah other than that it was nice I liked it.
Oh yeah forgot to say Ezra is totally gay for Kanan....

My review:
Just watched it on TV it was actually better than even I expected and I have been open minded about it this entire time. The characters are all pretty good and the setting was good as well. I remember watching the first TCW episodes and the movie when they came out and I think I actually enjoyed this premiere better than the Ambush premiere. The music was very well done. Ezra actually isn't that bad and I think I like Kanan the best out of the heroes but Hera is good as well Tbh they're all pretty good though.
Will for sure continue watching it the next episode according to the TV guide is October 12th for me (Kinda weird most shows don't got a Sunday slot) The animation at least watching it in HD on the TV is actually pretty good not TCW good but still the best right now probably. At first glance just from watching this im not really that upset about TCW (not that I was for a long time now) but if you actually got over it and watched from a certain perspective its a good show the only problem I thnik I might have is that they may not let the Empire win enough.
To a extent I really get the feeling like its a more dumbed down SWTOR kinda story idk just the vibe I got (if you played some of them through it feels a bit similar with the characters like the jedi knight story for example)
Animation: 8/10 (It's pretty good but Wookies where meh the Child one looked better though there's certain spots where they stand out a lot more like the star destroyer on the outside was quite well done)
Characters: 8.5/10 (dialogue can bring it down sometimes)
Audio; 10/10 (it's all really well done but that is the same in ever Star Wars product)
Story: 9.5/10
Overall Star Wars: Rebels spark of rebellion 9/10. Will be looking forward to next week and the inquisitor.
