Yeah but this was an absolute mess of a show. Nothing was handled properly... I think a big problem was they had no clue what they were doing. It didn't feel like they had any sort of direction, it was just random repetitive shit happening with very little standing out. I keep thinking I liked season 1 but I bet if I watch it again I will change my mind...
Oh I forgot to mention I liked how they showed Sheev with a normal appearance as opposed to disfigured and wearing a hood. Maybe he alters his holograms like that frequently to look normal

Finale was an absolute bore to watch... No point in bringing every single one of their made up and unlikeable characters to show the "family" together one last time. Almost all of them were handled completely wrong like I didn't even know any of their names... Honestly I completely forgot Kallus existed and they waited way too long to bring back Gregor and Wolffe. Then they gave Gregor a lame ass death..... And you can't have people like that random shemale bounty hunter or Vizago just show up out of nowhere like they have just been waiting this whole time to help out the rebels. Also when did it suddenly once again become a rag tag group fighting to free Lothal? The Rebel Alliance exists... Just join them When Underworld gave Gregor an emotional and meaningful death and then this... |

More mistakes:
- Should've shown Vader in the finale
- Should never have shown the Emperor in this show, maybe once. Or maybe a couple times if he is addressing the citizens of the Empire
- Make Kallus a main character since he is the only likable one
- Do not give Kanan a fucking pony tail, make him charismatic and badass like Han or TCW Anakin
- Make Hera sexier, not such a mom
- Don't make Ezra space Aladdin. Actually don't even show Ezra.
- Make Kanan the main character
- Later on introduce a force sensitive kid that Kanan takes on as a padawan
- Have Vader kill the padawan
- In the last episodes of the show have Vader kill Kanan
- Don't randomly introduce characters and then make them disappear for a long time
- No force sensitive wolves that whole arc was pretty weak in my opinion
- Don't introduce "time travel" in a shitty kids cartoon
So many more... Tbh I feel like I have some great ideas that incorporate what they did but would make the show 10x better... I wish I could've been a writer for this show lmao

So the great mastermind Palpatine cannot even manipulate an annoying child now? Also, Ezra is really annoying in this clip. His dialogue is cringey and his voice actor sucks. He does not deserve to talk to Sheev. |

Excellent show. I am going to miss this just as much as The Clone Wars. Thank god Filoni was finally allowed to end a show properly. Kanan and Ezra are defenitely amongst my favorite SW characters to date.
I expected the finale to be a little more tragic but the way they ended Thrawn and Ezra's storyline (so far) was very surprising yet very fitting. I also expected Zeb to die and they gave us a little tease but i like how they tied his arc with that of Kallus from start to finish.
So much to talk about!
The show has great animation, great characters, excellent writing (maybe even better then CW) and great music. Loved it, although i do hope the next show Filoni will do can be a little bit darker.
Despite some weaker entries i'm going to give this show a solid 9/10

On my SWGoH slack group which has like 10-15 people who have been watching Rebels and they all really like the show, most just as much or better than TCW. And they are not kids either, I’m the youngest person on the app which is composed of all my guilds members and other players that are former members or just people who got an invite to join |
