I heard that was the original plan but they instead just shortened it and moved it up. If they're doing double drops right after the event ends then that would be a pretty low move on their part.

I can finally do all of the tiers for the Places of Power event.  Even though I already have Jedi Consular and Ahsoka at 7 stars the rewards are still pretty nice. |

The first time rewards are good but tbh the replay rewards I feel are kinda meh on this one Anyways I did manage to do the bonus tier of the flash event today so that was pretty cool, got Sabine 5 star |

So... I should have Lando, Biggs, Wedge, Luke and Stormtrooper Han at 7 stars for the Emperor's Demise event... but I'm not sure if their levels and gear will be high enough to take on the highest tier... Is it hard?

I think people said they did the bonus tier with 5 star, gear 7 characters at the lowest. You could always throw some random mods on them as well but I think the bonus tier rewards are worth a bit of effort |

Is it hard? The Emperors Demise comes back next month right (I completed it so I can't see). I just looked at your guys, you obviously still need to get a few guys to 7 star. I'm not sure if you will be able to complete tier 7, I did it with: Lando, level 85, gear 10 Leia, level 80, gear 8 Luke, level 80, gear 8 Biggs, level 80, gear 8 Stormtrooper Han, level 80, gear 8 However you have Wedge which means the Wedge/ Biggs synergy so that might help. I'd recommend to get all the guys you will use to gear 8 and Lando or Wedge higher since they do lots of damage. |

Here's a video I watched when I was preparing to make sure I could do the event, however he has Ackbar which is probably the best leadership for this event.
I'd maybe run Lando lead if I were you for the speed boost tbh

I'm running my Gear 8 Thrawn currently in Galactic War and he makes it so much easier... 40% protection recover for Thrawn AND target ally is amazing

I just started working on my Resistance team recently. My Rey and R2 are already pretty good, so it's mainly just been Poe, Finn, Trooper, and Pilot. They're sort of a pain to gear, but I've heard good things about them, and I'm sure we'll get a lot more Resistance characters for The Last Jedi later in the year.

I'm surprised they're doing a different Luke before Return of the Jedi Luke, but it makes sense that there'd be a bigger build up to him. Hoth Han and Leia are pretty unnecessary, but I can understand why they're there because they fit with the Hoth setting of the Territory Battles. Hopefully the new Ewoks will make them a stronger faction, because a daze from Maul can swiftly destroy them right now.

People are suggesting that Ewoks could be a legendary event for C3PO or OT Chewbacca.
Commander Luke may use his Blue Saber actually but likely won't have Jedi tag

I'm not really focusing on him right now, and I might wait to really put effort into him when the event returns. Daze from Zeb is actually one of the most important things since he can Stun dazed targets, so if you call Zeb to assist on Thrawn, get lots of stuns |
