Also why is Phoenix squadron so well known... I think that's the name of their cell right? They only have a couple ships and a lame base on Bendu's planet... Honestly there shouldn't even be any cells anymore they have barely 2 years before ANH/Rogue One. In Rogue One you can see the Rebellion has a lot of tech and troops and good established bases. I doubt they could do that in two years.. Also where are Mon Mothma and all those guys... All the cells should start joining up to create a unified rebellion there's no time for this Mandalore Potato Rules lol 1. Phoenix Squadron captured their Mandalorian leader last season so it makes sense they know who they are 2. As of right now until the time of A New Hope the Imperial Senate remains intact, Mon Mothma and Bail Organa will not expose themselves for nothing when the senate likely is a prime opportunity to recruit allies 3. 2 Years is plenty of time to make bases, TCW literally lasts like 2.5 years

I sure hope the episode doesn't take the easy way out and makes Bo Sabine's mother. I don't know, it just doesn't fit with me. I'd actually be perfectly fine if it was someone we'd never seen before.
Also, I do believe Saxon there is one of Maul's loyal Mandolorians from that Son of Dathomir comic. Guess we know where his little club hopped off to.

We got a couple more episode names and descriptions, these should be the last 2 before the mid season break. No exact dates but episode 8 should be December 3rd and the finale December 10th.
An Inside Man: “Looking for information on a new Imperial weapon, Ezra and Kanan break into an Imperial factory on Lothal. However, they have to trust an enemy to escape from a building that is about to be locked down.”
Visions and Voices: “Haunted by visions of Maul, Ezra has to journey across the galaxy. Upon arriving at his destination, he has to participate in a strange ritual to sever his connection to Maul.”

The enemy they have to trust could be Kallus again… the weapon could be the Death Star? We know the Empire is on Lothal getting resources for the Death Star I believe. Could be Dark Troopers though which is more likely since we see them in the trailer.
And as expected the mid season finale is Maul, just like the finale of the season will probably be Maul.

Bo-Katan is probably her mom.... ugh Hmm... What if Sabine is Bo-katan's daughter? Named after her aunt Satine. Really though, a pink female mandalorian? Another reuse. She totally looks like Bo-katan with pink armor...

Not a bad episode, I like Fenn Rau, glad he joined the Rebels too. Wish Kalani joined last time though. Now we have to wait 2 weeks again

Dumb dialogue.... "they shot my jet pack!" - Saltine "marshmallow head" Cracker 2016
Jetpack scene was cool I guess. Actually I wish Sabine did get to keep the jetpack. Also it was interesting how they looked like Cody's ep III pack instead of the regular Mando ones. And I was expecting to see Bo-Katan in this episode I'm pretty sure they said her voice actor recorded some stuff... Should've shown her instead of Fenn Rau and his peanut butter hair......

Honestly I would like to see some political episodes in this show... The Galaxy feels very small and empty in Rebels.. I'd like to see what else is happening, how the Empire/Rebellion is affecting other planets, etc...

They never said it would be this episode, there's a good chance there's another Mando episode in the second half

I like Thrawns approach, he is testing everyone and seeing how the Rebels react. He actually understands War where as the Imperials don't really, they never had to fight anything in 15 years

This was the worst episode since that one with the space creatures last season and before that probably Fighter Flight idk....
Those 3 kids where kinda annoying, though they kind of made me laugh at the end "we are the iron Squadron" lol sure you are... I guess it's kind of cool they used Latts Razzis species again though, they look kinda cool.
Thrawn was cool again but Admiral Konstantine should really die sometime soon, or get demoted... he kinda sucks lol.
Well at least there's no more 2 week gaps for now

It's episodes like this that make me miss TCW... from the shitty animation to boring characters and bad episode it's just ugh it gets old seeing the ghost fighting tie fighters every episode and I mis the narration that was in TCW.

Anyways I think it's clear Thrawn isn't the main villain this season, however he will carry over and be the main villain in season 4 which should be the last season in relative to the timeline.
Instead Maul is the main guy this season, he's the focus of the mid season finale and appears like he will be in the finale too.
Season 1: Grand Inquisitor Season 2: Darth Vader Season 3: Maul Season 4: Thrawn

Fuck Kmart fuck potato head fuck bubble gum mohawk
God damn it
But actually I don't understand why people are calling this episode bad and cringey... it's not much worse than the rest of the show (except season 1)..... Showing Kanan and Zeb evacuating the planet could've been better... but even if they did that episode it would still be shit........ Rebels is such a waste they should make a new show not on fucking Disney XD

Rebels is getting really weak now with these fillers... I hope the second half of season 3 will be more interesting and cool.

Fuck why do I even bother.......
I guess this was kinda better though.. Didn't expect the "dark troopers" to be in this episode but they didn't really do anything... The Empire does not seem to have a big presence this season. It's mostly just space battles with Thrawn I think.. And they always win because he "lets them"...
If Rebels gets a season 4 I will be angry because I will feel obligated to watch...

But aside from that yeah...

Ghosts of Geonosis Part 1 "The crew returns to Geonosis in search of a missing rebel team sent to investigate suspicious activity there, and are surprised by what they find."
Ghosts of Geonosis Part 2 "After finding a missing rebel team member, the Ghost crew discovers another surprise on Geonosis, and work to conceal it from Imperial forces."
After the break theirs a two parter to kick off the second half and looks like they sit on the same day too

I quite enjoyed this episode actually... much better the the last 2.
It was refreshing to see Lothal again honestly, Thrawn was cool, it's obvious he knows Kallus is the traitor so I guess he will either truly defect soon or Thrawn will kill him in some trap.
Episodes with just Kanan and Ezra are honestly the best episodes IMO, like the finale from last season and I could probably see them being the only two really in this seasons finale with Obi-Wan and Maul most likely.

So next episode is mid season finale, has Maul. Probably will have the nightsister mist stuff since I believe Ezra has to undergo some kind of ritual to sever his connection to Maul.
Darksaber perhaps in next episode as well

This was definitely one of the best of the season. It was good to see the rebels actually take casualties and see some Imperial competence. Hopefully we don't get more filler in the second half of the season. Geonosis already sounds promising, and I'm pretty sure we'll see Mandalore too.
