Reading these comments have restored my faith in humanity that I'm not the only one who thinks rebels currently sucks!(I'm still optimistic for the future). Don't mean to troll, but seriously! The animation looks dreadful! Like the scene when Ezra is on one of those floating animals... - it looks like a baby hippo with teeth!(Not to mention poor Yoda and Anakin! #Yikes) Anyways, I had no clue that guy was Maul, totally thought it was Darth Bane or something.... Its kinda is getting too much with Maul now, the hype thing of him returning is kinda dead now. Looking forward to Ahsoka vs Vader tho! People need to stop comparing TCW animation to Rebels... TCW animation was only so good because George Lucas personally funded it out of the billions of dollars he has. Go find me an active animated show running right now that has better animation then Rebels, you can't because it does not exist. TCW animation is great and all but that is not the standard for animated shows, you can't possibly make a profit off of the show with that quality. People here where spoiled by TCW animation that now they will just see everything else as being bad when in reality in Rebels case it is not bad animation. Overall TCW animation can not be used as comparison for any means as it is a special case. TCW animation was beautiful but I think spending that much on it is unreasonable for a show. I mean it's animation looked like AOTC's cgi.... |

So do you think that the temple guard that tells Kanan "the dark side pulls" at Ezra is the Grand Inquisitor? It sounds a lot like him, it's just that they distorted the voice (and I wouldn't be surprised if they just did that for the trailer). He also has the same shape. I think that scene's probably a vision of some type because I doubt they'd resurrect the Grand Inquisitor after they made a big deal about him dying.

But honestly, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness looks better than Rebels. Rebels is about on par with the Nickelodeon Ninja Turtles.

TMNT's animation was pretty good, very dynamic. I think the problem others have such a problem about Rebels, is that everything is supposed to fit into the Ralph Mcquarrie fold of design. Sometimes it works, others not so much.

I read the theory about the Inquistior being a Jedi Temple Guard a few months back in the comment section of a TCW video where the Guards appeared... and this trailer seems to support that theory. |

Like I admit, the trailer looks actually good and promising. But I just wanted Darth Maul to not be apart of the Rebels. I wanted him to be separated from the story because I feel like they're just shoving him in to have some kind of closure for fans. But I prefer just not knowing. Same with Ahsoka.

Yeah, they should not have dragged Ahsoka, Maul and Rex into this. Hondo, if designed properly, would have been fine since he isn't a serious character.
