Hostage Crisis was fantastic in my opinion. It was the episode that really got me into the show... the rest of season 1 was alright, but nothing too great... but this episode (alongside Ambush) was one of my favorites.

Well we got 2 Fantastic, 13 good, and 7 meh for this season. I actually kinda thought there would be more meh but it's really about 1/3 of the season.
I'm not sure if I could rank them all right now but here's my top 5:
1. Cloak of Darkness
2. Hostage Crisis
3. Trespass
4. Rookies
5. Dooku Captured
And bottom 5:
22. Bombad Jedi (duh)
21. Mystery of a Thousand Moons
20. Downfall of a Droid
19. The Gungan General
18. Blue Shadow Virus

This episode is good. Not story heavy but action packed and it shows off Cad Bane in a great way. Next one is better though  |

Yeah, Cargo of Doom is better than "Good" episode (like Innocents of Ryloth for example) but definitely worse then "Fantastic" episode (Lawless). |

What if we just add a masterpiece category? That would definitely differentiate the best episodes and we wouldn't have to go back.
