You didn't see Rogue One??? No. You should just pirate it and watch it. Rogue One is alright. It is not an amazing movie, but it is the only Star Wars thing Disney made that is actually not bad. I especially like how the ending leads right into ANH. Though I do think the movie lasts a bit too long. |

I was opposed to watching because it's directed by Gareth Edwards, who directed my least favorite movie of all time (Godzilla) but Idk, I probably will eventually. I think it's on Netflix too. |

Potential spoilers {Spoiler}Apparently there is a major cameo of a prequel character in this movie. So which prequel characters are actually still alive? Bail Organa, Darth Maul, Watto? Cannot really think of anyone else that had significant screentime and is alive.
Some reviewer who has already seen the movie says this movie has the most random cameo ever, that had everyone talking after the movie. He claims he had to look up the character on wikipedia to understand why he was there. Apparently the cameo is also really important. Also, Ray Park was at the premiere. So I am thinking Maul is actually in the movie... which means I might actually have to watch this shit. |

Well it said prequel character. I doubt that they consider those bounty hunters prequel characters. And I don't think they are talking about TCW either, then they would have said prequel era. "The most random cameo in movie history" definitely makes me think it's Maul. The casual viewers will vaguely remember Maul dying in TPM, so for him to show up alive in Solo would probably be very random.

So it can't be anyone who was also in the OT. I guess it could be in TCW if it's obscure and not easily recognized character since it's not like TCW is THAT popular... Saw was Clone Wars only. Honestly it's probably a background underworld figure... my best guess is Sebulba. If not some under world guy then maybe a random Jedi survivor or a background separatist leader |
