Like it might be okay if AG kept playing him. But the idea of another Spidey origin story is just eye rolling.

Although apparently they don't plan on doing an origin story this time since we'll probably first see him in Civil War. But I don't really think Spider-Man needed to be in the MCU anyway, especially because Civil War's already crowded.

I want to see Spider-Man in the Avengers but that's it. It actually bothered me not having him while Manhattan is being attacked

The fact that the Manhattan that had S.H.E.I.L.D in Avengers was the same place Spider-Man grew up doesn't seem right IMO. I don't think Spider-Man should be part of the MCU either. All the battles fought with Sandman, Green Goblin and etc. Where was S.H.E.L.D to save the people? But not only that but the atmosphere of Manhattan seemed different in the Spider-Man series than any other. The whole context of Spider-Man in itself, without being able to pinpoint exactly why seems like a whole different genre, despite the fact it's the same as take out the villain as in any other Marvel film. Maybe it's because it involves his personal life but it seems very exciting action wise but shows sub plots of his life to. Where as most Marvel films are about the Villain. Hydra, dark elves or etc.

Anyone plan on watching Daredevil? All 13 episodes are going to be available on Netflix this Friday. I never watched Agents of SHIELD, but I think I'll give this a shot.

Watched Guardians of the Galaxy and it was pretty awesome I must say. Very funny movie. Groot but he will grow back lol. Yeah I'll change one of my votes but my votes now are Cap 2, GOTG, Avengers, Thor 2. In that order probably. Idk between the three movies I watched over the weekend. Rise of the Apes, Interstellar and GOTG. Interstellar is by far the weakest the others are much better but Apes is slightly ahead.

I want to get watching the other ones pretty soon though because I've heard it's the best superhero tv show there is right now.

Apparently Quicksilver dies in the Avengers. Tons of superheroes are going to be in civil war I don't even know why it had Captain America in front of it but anyways Quicksilver is not on the list. Iron Man Captain America Hulk Thor Black Widow Hawkeye Antman Scarlet Witch Wasp War Machine Spider-Man (14 year old Peter Parker) Will all be in Cap 3 apparently. wegotthiscovered.com/movies/character-survive-avengers-age-ultron/

So i saw Avengers: Age of Ultron yesterday. Here's a short review: The movie immediately starts out with an amazing action scene in the snow that shows the Avengers working together as a team like last time. Also Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch are introduced here to whom the Avengers refer as "Enhanced" They have been under experiments by Hydra. This sequences was a great way to open the movie because it gave all the Avengers + the Twins a highlight already. Also this ambush leads into the story of Ultron. Now to Ultron. He was an awesome villian. Well i wouldn't call him a villian, just an extremist A.I. who thinks it is doing the right thing. I loved how they tied in JARVIS, Ultron, Vision and the Infinity Stone of the mind into all this A.I. stuff since it would've been impossible for Tony to just make an A.I. in such a short time. Ultron awakening was a higlight as he just strut in as a broken Iron Legion robot and started taunting the Avengers, basically stalling them as Ultron is everywhere after. James Spaders delivers a fantastic Ultron and the voice fits perfectly with the character they created. This gives us time for the Twins to shine again as they can explain their backstory to Ultron wich was a really good one at that. Something that goes back to before Iron Man 1 even. After that it is just awesome battles between the Avengers, Ultron and the Twins. And yes they got their butts kicked hard. Scarlet Witch's powers really prove as a threat and i loved the red and blue contrast for the twins (funny because i and my twin brother always associate those colours with ourselves too) The highlight of Scarlet Witch's powers was when she took control of the Hulk and Tony has to deploy the Hulkbuster to try and stop him. This scene was extremely bad-a**! I know a lot of people forgot that Hawkeye was there in Avengers 1 and it's true he didn't get much screen time or development but this movie makes up for it in big time. I won't tell the twist but it is a really good one that fits with the character who already got a lot of extra screen time before that. Also Maria Hill had more screen time again. It was nice to see her again since Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. I won't spoil them here ofcourse but i loved how Joss Whedon managed to give each character their little story arcs that all serve as development for the characters, development of the plot and tie-ins to new characters and upcoming movies. And yes we get info about the Infinity Stones wich is always welcome Now the final battle is i believe 30 minutes to 40 minutes long but it is so amazing to watch and just fills you with adrenaline that you don't want it don't end. Everything is there! Action, spectacle, a unique battle setting, romance, hurt, funny jokes and awesome moments followed by awesome moments! I really wished i could talk into detail about the final battle in this movie. The more i think about it the better it gets! But ofcourse i won't talk about it now, you have to see it to believe it. Also, a quick note, War Machine is also in the movie and has some pretty cool action. Falcon unfortunaly only makes a cameo just like Eric Selvig and Heimdall. However i did miss Pepper Potts and Jane (although they were mentioned by Tony and Thor) Even Andy Serkis had a small role in there. I could talk for hours on end about this movie but ofcourse i can't do that because i don't intend to spoil anything Don't compare this movie to Avengers one though. These are both completely different movies but both equally as good! Excelsior 10/10

Like I said in the movie thread, Age of Ultron was great but I'm not sure where I'd rank it. Guardians of the Galaxy, Winter Soldier, and the first Avengers are all pretty hard to beat.

Liked Age of Ultron. But I kinda have a bad feeling about Ant-Man... I sort of do as well. It looks too cheesy. And I know all Marvel films have a certain level of cheesiness to them, but this one seems like it'll have a lot of humor similar to Age of Ultron (and a lot of the humor there fell flat). Plus the plot's basically just the original Iron Man with a few alterations.

Hey guys, I'm back. Fall is here and so it's time to come back . Anyways, Marvel is going to be busy with all the plans they have for filming. They have the last installment of Spider-Man and Captain America (which I'm particularly excited about), a possible dead pool series and black panther trilogy. They have Agents of Shield, Daredevil and a few others for TV series coming to Netflix and The next Thor installment as well, as well as Ant man and Gaurdians 2. There are many other ones I have forgotten but Marvel will go mayhem these next few years. I hope they don't rush to fast, otherwise they will end up like The Fantastic Four. They really need to slow down, finish current series and then proceed to the next. Why wait till 2018 for AS3?

Do you guys think Steve Rogers will die in this one? He did in the comics and i think Chris Evans didn't want to play Captain America for very long anymore. So, it's a strong possibility but not 100% sure.

Do you guys think Steve Rogers will die in this one? I should think so. After all, he died in the Civil War comic at Crossbones' hands (who's also in the film), so I'd say the guy's biting the big one. Aaaand then he'll be miraculously revived in Infinity War...

Do you guys think Steve Rogers will die in this one? I really hope not. If anything they should leave it on a cliffhanger where he walks away into exile or from the team but death: no.

I've seen the film now (it was great!), so it's changed my view on whether to side with Tony or Steve. They're both right... without going into spoilers, one of them is "more right" than the other, but his methods aren't really reasonable. So I don't know who to go for.
