Season 5 looks great.  Game of Thrones is definitely one of the most, if not the most, high quality shows on TV. The CGI for that falling statue in Meereen at the end looked like something you'd see out of an actual movie. And Drogon looks to be even bigger as well. It looks like they're changing quite a lot from the books though. I think they're covering things from A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons in this one, so after this season the show will be caught up with the books. And then things will probably change a lot more drastically between the two. But I'm fine with that, the show's the show and the books are the books. GRR Martin said that himself. |

I think that dragon was in fact Rhaegal, in the darkness, where Dany imprisoned him and Viserion. In Quentyn Martell's chapter, he tries to free them and Rhaegal appears in the darkness and burns them. Yep, both books this season and then they'll start going into The Winds of Winter territory. They've already caught up with most if not all of Sansa's and Bran's storylines. I'm sad they're cutting out characters like Arianne Martell and the Griffs. But I think.. {Spoiler}
Trystane Martell was aged up to be Aegon Targaryen. |

Yeah, this is a show I'd definitely like since I'm really into medieval/fantasy stuff, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. I'll probably start watching it sometime this Spring.

Like it's kinda like LOTR which I... Don't hate..... But idk maybe it's because each episode is an hour long... Or I suppose fantasy just isn't my think lol oh well |

And also like I said on cantina my iPad is crashing webpages and I was using it to watch GOT so when I was watching it would randomly reload and that was frustrating... |

I'm now starting Season 3 I didn't know you watched GOT. Season 3 is the best in my opinion. I watched Season 1 two years ago but never got around on watching Season 2 for some reason and kind of forgot about it completey. But two days ago i had a friend over and she is a huge fan of show and we watched the entire second season and i finally got into it (never really got into it during Season 1. It was all good, but somehow i just didn't get into it) and right now i want to finish Season 3 and Season 4 as soon as possible. Although i have already spoiled the Red Wedding for myself (last year somewhere or so) but i'm okay with it because it still leaves a huge impact. |

So yeah, thought it was pretty good. The beginning kinda felt like Supernatural lol. I liked Boromir. Even though he killed that guy at the beginning, he seems like a good guy. And he didn't try to kill any Hobbits in this one. And Arya was cool. She reminds me of my sister. Catelyn was okay but you can tell she's mean to Jon Snow for no reason. And I liked Jon Snow. I feel bad for that guy. Sansa (had to look that up) annoyed me. She's whiny. And then there's Bran. I mean you feel terrible for him at the end. But then again I'd he listened to his mom, none of that would've happened... I think there was another little one but I don't remember his name. Robb didn't really do anything but he seemed kinda douchey. But not like Jamie Lannister level douchey. And oh yeah speaking of Lannisters, I really hate those guys. Especially Jamie. Every time I see him I just want to punch him in the face. Actually, from here on out I'm calling him Prince Charming because he looks like Prince Charming from Shrek. Miles Finch was good tho I mean you could tell what an outcast he is. But I'm still not sure if his *introductory* scene was all that necessary TBH. And Cersei... like she's a bitch but you still kinda feel bad for her. Like the King is a total asshole and I don't know why Boromir is friends with him. But I'm wondering how no one ever noticed how none of his kids look anything like him. I mean seriously. And I know everyone hates Joffery but IDK he sent bad or at least in this one. Come to think of it, did he even speak? And oh yeah, the other story. Almost forgot. I feel bad for Daenerys (I had to look that one up). She has it even worse than Jon Snow. Her bro (I think that's Son of Mine from Doctor Who) is a total creep and he's pawning her off to an even bigger creep. Like "I'd let them all screw you plus all their horses" Really? At least pretend to care. But I already know what happens to that guy so yeah. The horse man is weird AF and I think they made him talk like Jabba the Hutt on purpose. And that's what I'm gonna call him now. Oh wow, that was a long post. I didn't realize how many characters were in this. Well yeah, sort of a convoluted story but I think I'm getting the gist of it. Lannisters are dicks. They're plotting against King. Kings kids aren't his. King needs Boromir's help. And then Son of Mind is selling his sister to Jabba the Hutt win kingdom. Like anyone prays for his health. His sister sure doesn't. |
