Have you guys heard the theory of Jon Snow's twin sister?

Have you guys heard the theory of Jon Snow's twin sister? Meera Reed? Daenerys? Wylla Manderly? You could somewhat make an argument for all of them, and I personally like the R+L=J+D theory, but it's too late to make Meera and Wylla relevant, and Dany is relevant without being half-Stark too.

I meant the one for Meera Reed. The problem with that is that no one cares about Meera Reed. I don't think the Daenerys one makes much sense as she would never get to Pentos.

If both Meera and Jon were the offspring of Rhaegar and Lyanna, they should both be equally important in the story. Except Jon is the main character (or one of them) while Meera isn't that important. So it doesn't make sense. They'd both be the songs of Ice and Fire, so why would Jon be the only important one?

So Cormac McLaggen from Harry Potter is Samwell's brother.

You know, I've always thought it was kinda dumb that Stannis fights on the front lines. I mean yeah, it's brave and all but what if he fell in battle during the Blackwater? Would all his men like try to make Shireen Queen or would they just give up?

Not sure why GOT suddenly won all those Emmys TBH. Like this was probably the worst season IMO.

I don't really get why people think Dany will win the throne, yeah it looks like everything is building up to that but honestly that's just way too predictable... I highly doubt GOT would finish itself off in that way

I highly doubt GOT would finish itself off in that way I'm 95% sure there will be a major twist at the end, so I'm not really trying to make any predictions at all

I actually kinda think it would be cool if Jon Snow stayed dead TBH. Because then we could see all the repercussions of the wall being taken and wild kings being killed. And white walkers could take over the North and it's all on the guys who killed Snow.

I still like the idea of an epic fight between the factions that want the throne, if the white walkers take over It would turn into a "battle of the 5 armies" kind of situation which wouldn't be as good IMO. Jon needs to be there to rally everyone at the wall.

Not to mention permanently killing off Jon Snow invalidates the five seasons they spent developing him as a main character. If he stayed dead, everything that he went through would have been a waste of time for us to watch. His arc's not complete yet, so keeping him dead just wouldn't feel right.

If he stayed dead, everything that he went through would have been a waste of time for us to watch. His arc's not complete yet, so keeping him dead just wouldn't feel right. GOT never really cared about that though... Robb's death at the Red Wedding made sense. Season 3 basically was just the build up to that because they showed us all of his mistakes. His main goal of avenging the Stark name can still be achieved with other characters (Arya and Bran) so Robb wasn't really needed anymore. Jon, though, has been marketed almost as a main character. Him, Tyrion, and Dany are the main ones they've been focusing on. If he stayed dead it would just feel like such a waste... plus there's no more characters to route for on the Wall. Maybe Davos, but he doesn't even really belong there.

And there's all the hints about Jon's parentage from Season 5. If they reveal his true parents and he's already dead, no one will really care. This discussion doesn't really matter much anymore anyway since there's been set pictures of Season 6 that show Kit Harrington wearing armor and filming, but still.

Bringing back the hero just seems to go against everything GRRM. GOT can survive without Jon, and bringing him back makes you know he's never in danger. That's just not GOT.

Just completed the final chapter of the Game of Thrones game... The series is nothing compared to this massacre... And the worst thing is that they make you feel guilty when someone dies, since your decisions influence the outcome...

Gawd I need to get that Well, to be fair your decisions don't change the outcome of the game that much, but some characters will live/die depending on your decisions. I think my decisions killed at least 3 people and saved like 4. Anyway, the game is definitely worth playing, it's a lot like GOT, it's like a more interactive episode. And there is probably a second season coming for the game soon... since the game ended on a cliffhanger.

I only played to like episode 4. You should play episode 5, it´s the best in my opinion. The final decision is really hard...
