I liked Fives character Devoplement more as well... If Bane even really had any to begin with. Bane had potential for development in Season 4 but then Crisis on Naboo happened. What potential? He just seemed liked the Boba/ Jango of TCW to me but not nearly as badass looking and not Mandalorian. |

Well after I saw The Box I actually thought he might change his ways but then that was never touched upon. Like the moment he saved Obi-Wan I got a spark of hope. |

I think Dave and George where either drunk when they made plans for the end if thst episode or Dooku is an idiot. He could have picked up Bane, Eval and the chancellor and got away. Then free the prisoners which still would need to happen for episode 3... |

Bane seems cool but he's actually kinda boring and did nothing the entire show. Fives kinda gets an unfair advantage since he got his whole story told before the Disney bull sh*t. But still Fives is one of the best developed characters of the show and he died trying to defeat the Emperor and save the galaxy.

Someone casual fans will remember, unlike Fives. Fives needs to be distinguished from others by having a five on his head. And the final arc he appears in shows he wasn't even in control of his own mind. Bane on the other hand has some unique characteristics. And he's extremely intelligent and skilled. He's probably the most cunning and successful villain in the series (except for Sidious, obviously). And unlike other villains he isn't totally evil. |
