This might be the best episode so far or at least tied with Rise of the Old Masters (Spark might beat all of them though). If his father is a Clone that will be really interesting and he kinda does look like he could be. So we see Inquisitor's helmet and TIE so that's pretty cool but yeah nice episode part two will probably be better. Also Zeebo only said his mother's name. It seems like they're trying to keep his father mysterious so he's probably someone special... Oh and you guys saw that phase I clone helmet right? nice Easter egg looked kinda weird in Rebels animation though. And it was more like AOTC than TCW I liked the helmet actually. And I liked the dialogue in the bar. And Kanan talking to that trooper was kinda funny. And yeah I think his dad on those recordings was a clone like I said

The Rodian stated Ezra's father right before he went down the hatch. A name and clones don't have names. Rex was a nickname and he didn't say that either. No Rex did call himself Rex and so did everyone else... Even Cut the outcast clone called him Rex. Right but a nickname but no real identity name given at birth. Rex as he told Cut substituted his number for Rex. The Rodian would have aaid his real name when saying who Ezra was born to not the name Rex as a nickname, therefore I doubt it's him but we'll see.

No that doesn't make much sense why he wouldn't say his name and wasn't the father like Obi said.

The possibility of Ezra's father a clone is 50/50. Just because it is Dee Bradley Baker doesn't mean it is a clone and Ezra doesn't look like a clone. His father is called Ephraim, so it being Rex is very unlikely now, but not excluded.

What if possibly Ezra's father is a Jedi? It would explain why Ezra Is force sensitive or better yet maybe the insquisitor killed him hmmm. Didnt you hear his voice? I'm sure it's a clone it sounded just like Dee Bradly Baker. Maybe his mom is a jedi or something. If his mother is Ahsoka and Rex is his father I am going to burn some people alive.

It's not Rex. It would be a brick to the face to TCW fans because they will mess up his continuity. TCW will always stay separate from Rebels.

Even if it isnt Rex your argument has no basis behind it at all and makes no sense. Cut had a name after he left the army, his wife called him that as well any clone could do the same thing and if that guy is a close friend he would cal him by his name not some stupid number. No one is going to say hey son of ct 5858 cause that's just retarded.

Maybe not today but I'm sure they have in the past.. Also apparently Ezra is 15 (he doesn't seem like it.. ) so he's not that young

But if The Son Inquisitor has seen them doing all this illegal stuff, and he appears like all the time, why can't he just arrest them? I mean a trooper equivalent to Tup could probably stun them all.

Because the Inquisitor is too busy trying to look cool with his spinning lightsaber.

Also apparently Ezra is 15 (he doesn't seem like it.. ) so he's not that young Actually in the past a revolt by children would be laughed off the face of the planet. Oppressive regimes are usually taken down by a charismatic, intelligent adult who has spent years garnering support for his/her movement while avoiding detection by the state's secret police . And IMO, although it's a kids show, they really need to start showing a more darker side to the Empire. From what I've seen so far, the Empire in Rebels more resembles an authoritarian democracy like real-life Turkey rather than a real dictatorship. In fact maybe you are right, children could destabilise this regime because in "Empire Day" it was clear that dissent was tolerated. The Ithorian bartender in that episode was a clear Rebel sympathizer and the Imperial guy took it pretty well...

The stormtroopers should be straight up murdering anyone who hates the Empire.

He actually hasn't had very many appearances and the ones he has had were small. And you can't kill the main characters right away not just in Rebels but in like most shows.. The stormtroopers should be straight up murdering anyone who hates the Empire. Why.

Yah, but there should be a reason they're not dead or locked up other than "because the plot calls for it". And that would make them a fearful enemy and last time checked Sidious doesn't like people who try to rebel against him.

The separatists never killed Anakin or Obi-Wan or whoever in TCW or the movies the Empire didn't kill Luke Now they've been locked up and I could see Rebels characters getting arrested or something in some later episodes I mean we are only 8 episodes in But yeah no... Also the rebels aren't like blowing up Imperial headquarters or anything they're doing only small things right now. The Empire isn't going to waste all their resources to catch and kill someone that steals a speederbike.....

Sidious wouldn't care about kids I doubt he even knows about them. Probably why he has others doing stuff.
