But there must be a reason they cancelled an award-winning show before its time. What other explanation would there be besides budget? I mean there were many reasons not to cancel it. Besides greed, I cannot thing of a reason why it would seem like a good idea.

Is this news confirmed.... Not officially. Then really no need to get worked up about rumors IMO.. Well actually it's kind of obvious that Rebels would be set in that era so people really shouldn't have a problem with it anyway. |

I decided to watch the trailer on Facebook because I like to read what other people have to say about it as well. Just about everyone did not like it and I for one must agree on that part. Of course this is a trailer but it lacked suspension and content. We've seen a Star destroyer and stuff already, they should have shown things coming up in the show. The voice made it sound very corny and made it sound way more interesting then it really was the way he was saying things. The graphics don't look promising either- very cartoony and underdone. Of course TCW was a cartoon also but it had good graphics to at least bump it up a stage. As of now I'm not really excited for Rebels in any way. But I will still be fair and give the first episode or two a chance.

It's not supposed to be a trailer that shows tons of content... It's a teaser simply to get word out that Rebels is happening. And what the announcer said is just some random stuff that might not even apply to the actual show and is only to get kids excited.
And the animation isn't bad, at least it's not like Tom and Jerry animation for example...

That wasn't even the actual Rebels animation what we saw in the teaser. And if you make a 15 second teaser at least don't say something that makes sense in it... the Jedi are rising? Seriously?
