Well you guys are expecting too much for a show with a target audience that's younger than that of TCW.. And most shows are like this with black and white heroes and villains. TCW was an exception
So yeah you wouldn't like anything because it's for kids

Let's not talk about soldiers... But the imperials are all just pure evil for some reason... that's one of the biggest flaws in Star Wars anyway, but this just made it even worse. Having realistic villains is important for the story. No one would get mad if someone came to help him after his spaceship crashed... Like you could understand Maul, Vizsla, and Ventress's motives. Well, TCW didn't have the most developed villains either... there are series where the villains are even better in terms of motives and development. But that's thanks to the flaws from the movies... the Sith are just portrayed as pure evil. But yeah, Maul, Vizsla, Ventress and even Bane have motives that make sense, and they're all not truly evil. But then you have Sidious, Dooku and Grievous who ARE pure evil...

TCW was an exception So yeah you wouldn't like anything because it's for kids Okay I want you to do this: 1. Watch Avatar: The Last Airbender 2. Realize that the shows target audience is 6-12 year old kids 3. Realize how much Rebels(which probably has the same target audience) sucks. The Last Airbender didn't have really evil villains. Actually the Sidious-like villain (the guy behind everything who barely does anything) was sort of really evil... but you could still see why he became like that and why he did certain things. But all other villains are somewhere in the grey area. Just because its a show for kids does not mean that all villains have to be unrealistically evil... I bet that will even give children an unrealistic view on the world...

I still don't understand why everyone loves the OT so much. There is so many flaws in the OT, why are they suddenly saying how we should just forget the Prequels because they are so bad, but really the OT isn't as good either.

I just found A New Hope boring. TPM Might have been bad but I still enjoyed watching it. I didn't enjoy watching Stormtroopers run around getting shot at and never killing anyone. The duels were pathetic unlike the prequels. They were like talking politics while dueling in the OT, like come on?

Prequels > Originals. Honestly, I was actually bored last time I watched A New Hope (which is a while ago). It's actually not really that good.

Everyone is way too hard on the PT. I saw TPM first and I thought it was amazing. I actually didn't like AOTC because it was kind of a mess and missed out on things they should have developed better. ROTS was really good.

The whole point of movies is to have fun and enjoy the movie. So what if they are bad? Transformers I, II, III might have been bad but I loved it because I had fun while watching it.

Why make an original villain when you can photoshop the Son? And make a 3D model of Admiral Zhao.
