These storm troopers are pathetic. They are supposed to be professional trained soldiers. Not just useless sitting ducks. They make battle droids look impressive

Oh.. Well I have to say it's too... Idk obnoxious.. They're kinda over doing it with OT nods And I think it was said Sabine would be Ezra's "love interest".. I hope she rejects him  but I don't think there's that big of an age difference.. That is news for me. I always thought Sabine looked like she was 18-20 and Ezra more like 15-16. I geuss we'll see in time. If it is a good romance i wouldn't mind at all. All I heard was Ezra having a crush on her, and no more. |

I didn't like the Art short. I'm not really a huge fan of Sabine (even though they're trying to make it look like everyone should be) and I didn't like how the Empire was portrayed as idiots. I get that they aren't all powerful and the heroes need to win, but their portrayal in that short just made them look lame.
However, I did like the first short from like a week ago (with Chopper, Kanan, and Hera). That one was fun and all three characters in it were likable.

And yeah the Stormtroopers are retards just like in the movies... Also was that like a paint detonator thing because that stormtrooper's face was right in front of it (you're supposed to run dumbass.....) and his head did not get blown off... It probs was since they were covered in paint afterwards..

The only thing I enjoyed in that clip was the voice acting. Steve Blum is probably the best voice actor on this show and adds flare to this bland scenery, cardboard characters, and sloppy writing. Everything needs color, and the pilot should have shot Zeb when he was making the call. He wasn't even moving how hard is it to shoot a guy 3 meters in front of you. And the security of this place ugh. These clips are getting dumber and dumber by the minute.
And normally I love the music, I do like it don't get me wrong, but the music just doesn't fit the scenes.

And the battle droids are not people, they were never created to think or act without commands, so it makes more sense that they're stupid. And the fact that it's supposed to be a "kids show" doesn't mean that the villain have to be ridiculously bad at everything, the Legend of Korra is a perfect example of that. |
