So Luminara lives. Did not see that one coming. Also: R2-D2 acn C-3PO!! Really cool trailer though, i was already excited for the show and this trailer only rose my excitement even more. One qeustion though. The Inquisitor is not a Sith, but he clearly used Force Push on Kanan. What's up with that?
Dark Jedi/Acolytes exist and they can use Force Push and are Force Sensitive, they can even use Force Lightning.

Luminara surviving makes no sense. On Kashyyyk she was surrounded by troopers and in the front lines of the battle, it makes sense for Yoda to survive because he was further away but Luminara would have had no chance of surviving.

Yeah that is true.. But maybe she's important somehow because they didn't imprison any Jedi, they just executed all of them

Yeah I know but I'm saying maybe the imperials need her for some reason..

They'll probably have some flashback that'll explain it all. I have a feeling it could be really cool as well.

Luminara is boring anyways... And is like the weakest on the council...

She's not even on the council. That Kanan vs. Inquisitor clip was okay I guess. The animation seems... slower than TCW though. I get that it's because Kanan and the Inquisitor aren't the most skilled duelists and they want to mimic the slower duels in the OT, but the fight between them didn't really seem intense at all. Plus, the Inquisitor got the number one cheesy villain line. "Are you prepared to die?"

This looks like some early animation test and the movement of this ship looks very unrealistic. And the dialogue and "story" (if that's what you want to call it) is just extremely childish.

Just from seeing the clips and trailers makes me want to cut their eyes out.

I had to watch it with no volume, so I don't know what to say about the dialogue and voices, but the animation looked alright. But the blaster shots still look bad.

The one thing in OT that totally sucked about the movies was how bad the Stormtroopers were. In the movies they never shot anyone, and ran away all the time, probably worse than Battle Droids. This show better change it because the OT always made the Imperials weak and have stupid soldiers getting killed by sticks, rocks, and teddy bears.

The inquisitor and Kanan's facial expressions look bad and the sound seems odd although I can't tell why.

What I don't like about Rebels and Episode VII so far is that they're trying too hard to make it similar to the OT. I really like how they've been making real props for Episode VII, but it just seems like they're shoving it in our faces at this point. They're trying too hard to follow the typical "Prequel Trilogy sucks, Original Trilogy is awesome" opinion. And the blaster fire in Rebels is another example of how they're replicating the OT where it doesn't need to be replicated.

TBH the prequels are more interesting than the OT because you know what will happen, while in TCW you kept wondering. And I really hope everyone remembers how good TCW and not completely ignore it and then label it Non-Canon.

I really love the new clips. Especially the Kanan .vs. Inquisitor clip. They got everything right (especially the facial animation) but i was impressed by the voice-acting and just how much they manage to mimic the OT while still keeping it their own thing. And ofcourse the Inquisitor is awesome. His blade is too.
The second clip is not as impressive but works well enough to show what misfits they are. I really liked the music in this clip and Steven Blum as Zeb is perfect

I found TCW's face animation weird because it had way too many movements and looked kind of silly...

Well yes it was realistic (IMO some of the best animation for a TV show possibly ever) but like their faces... Moved too much I guess.. Like mouths, eyes, eyebrows, everything Someone said IGN gets paid to say positive stuff..

Ofcourse this is just one person speaking so it doesn't justify the show yet but it is the kind of article to share on a thread.
