Well sorry to be "that guy" but Kenobi's ghost technically took control of Luke's body and assisted him in a fight with Vader between Episode 4 and 5. So Anakin's ghost could find a new body I guess thou it probably would be frowned by the Jedi. But that is a bunch of EU crap that would not happen.

I don't think this is true. I think it was mentioned once that the EU would probably not be included in the Sequel Trilogy (although it might have some nods to it) and it just doesn't make sense to resurrect Sidious. He's the ultimate evil of the SW saga and him dying at the end of ROTJ just adds closure to everything. Him being resurrected would really ruin some of the final scenes of the last SW movie. Also, I'm pretty sure there was a rumor of Darth Vader being resurrected back during the confirmation of Episode VII, so I doubt this rumor's true. How could Vader be resurrected? His ghost was shown at the end if Ep. 6. I'm not saying he can be, I'm saying it was a rumor from a few months ago. |

I agree, and that comment he made is canon to the SW universe. But if this rumor is true... Emperor clones are not canon to me. I only consider TCW and the movies canon or anything George Lucas or Dave Filoni worked on. Now that I think about it Ian McDiarmid returning as Palpatine does not mean Palpatine will be a real living character. It's probably just a flashback, Holocron, Recording or something. |

I tend to notice that the best topics and discussions happen when there is no intention to start one, it just does and blossoms on it's own after a few people start to chat and more people join in on it.
