Disney ain't making episode 7 either. They are paying jj ashrams. Yes, but they're being a lot more involved compared to Marvel and Pixar productions. How do you know? It's like this for a lot of (good) movies but some people just pay attention to this a lot more because their favorite tv show was cancelled

I'm confident all of the sequel trilogy will be fairly decent if not brilliant. Disney made movies like Avengers Assemble and Up, most Disney films are successful, it depends what they are working on. It's "The Avengers" And Disney didn't make those. They just paid other people to. Here in the UK it is called "Avengers Assemble"

There's a reason the Disney company is still running... I know a lot of companies that have made quite a few retarded decisions but they don't get bankrupt or shut down or whatever.

In this case it does. Because then they can use their money they've got to appeal to people who aren't Star Wars fans(yet).

So they can use the money they would've used for keeping real SW fans happy and having continuity make sense to make Disnified-Star Wars.

Okay look, this isn't Cinderella or Little Mermaid. *Disney* is not making these new movies, at least not episode 7. Yes, they will have some input on it but it can't be that big. I think it's time to move on from everything that Disney's done/cancelled. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely do not like what the higher ups have decided but you can't keep hating on every single new SW thing that has the Disney brand next to it because your favorite tv show is gone. It isn't right. At least hate it because it ACTUALLY sucks. The SW franchise needs to grow. Yes, TCW was doing a pretty good job of doing that but eventually it too would've ended. Then after that, there probably would've been a new trilogy made by someone. It's no Star Wars for the next few years or some new movies, games, etc. that could possibly be decent. I'd take the latter.

It wouldn't have cost much money to do so. Like make a second TCW movie or something so the entire SW universe would make sense.

Episode 7 will be cool! I have a lot of faith in Disney movie wise, they can't afford to let the fans down. They probably won't though. For 8 years ( 2 years to go ) I have been awaiting a continuation of the Star Wars saga. So hopefully it is good, (which I'm sure it will be).
