So... The Force Awakens? Terrible title. This is gonna be a New Hope all over again. Overrated and boring to watch.

So... The Force Awakens? When did it ever fall asleep?

This is supposedly concept art of the villain. But I also saw a good concept art of a promising villain however, it looked way too much like Revan... I hope it isn't him because then they will ruin his story but if it isn't then they copied a ton off of him.

So... The Force Awakens? When did it ever fall asleep? During a New Hope. It was awake during the prequels. But fell asleep after ROTS.

I guess The Force Unleashed was all ready taken.

I've liked just about everything I've seen/heard about Episode 7 so far. But The Force Awakens is a pretty bad title.

It takes a bit to warm up to, but I think it actually fits. Sure, it's a bit lame and generic, but all Star Wars titles are. Just say it out loud after saying the first six titles and you'll see that it actually fits in really well. Plus, I'm sure that by the time December of next year comes we'll all be used to it and accept it.

I wish they would just use interesting titles like TCW titles. Like "Eminence" "Grievous Intrigue" "Landing at Point Rain" IDK those were my all time favorite titles. I just wanted something fresh and new and different and not a regular generic Star Wars movie.

The deception of the force to me sounds better. But although it's not to appealing I guess it is just a name, not the movie. Rebels sounds wh but the show ha turned out to progress quite well.

The title is decent. Like Tater said though, I'm sure it'll grow on us as time passes.

Just want to point out, The Force Awakens sounds a heck of a lot better than the rumoured, Episode 4 rip off A New Threat title. It does to me anyway

Watch the force assume a physical form and attack everyone lol... Wait actually couldn't the Force like take control over everyone if it developed like a mind or something because like if you watched Revolution, there were these tiny robot things everywhere and inside people and stuff (which turned off the power) and they could like set people on fire and control them sort of so I think that's kinda similar to midichlorians... You could have Force zombies Idk weird idea but tbh if done well I think it could work... I don't think it'll happen though

So, I have been thinking about the new movie. I think one thing it should do is redeeming Palpatine, to some extend. Sure, Palpatine is evil and should stay evil but they should talk about some of his deeper motives for creating a galactic empire. What if Palpatine knew something horrible was going to happen and he had to take control of the galaxy to stop it because the Jedi were too weak to do it? What if he build the death star to safe the universe from greater threats? What if he was actually trying to save the galaxy, in his own, dark way?
I think Palpatine is too one-sided. Sure, I like him as a character, a lot, but he is just too evil and has no real motives other than getting the Sith to rule the galaxy... which is a really bad motive. He should get some legit motives. They could use Palpatine's motive as a major reveal in the new trilogy.

OK, I doubt it was with selfless intentions if that were the case, but still this would make for a really interesting plot. Good idea Pinda

I mean, you can't make a Star Wars movie and just never mention Vader or Palpatine in it...

Oh no, I hated that EU story of Palps coming back from the dead (talk about making the Chosen One pointless, ugh) but it would be cool if other characters investigated his past, such as discovering his unfortunate first name of Sheev

In the Darth Plaguis novel, they kept his first name a mystery which I kinda like better than having him named something that makes Palpatine of all names a better alternative
