I hope Maul is in Episode VII. For if he is, it'll cause people to go back and see how he was alive, and hopefully want to #SaveTheCloneWars Balance to the Force in ROTJ, though.

Balance to the Force in ROTJ, though. Well they're already breaking that. But it would be too late for them to revive the clone wars. Maul would be old by then anyway, and it would cause controversy by fans and movie goers that maul survived episode 1.

And Maul is already alive. But why would maul carbonite himself. But he could of been carbonited by someone against his will. But that would be kind of stupid if he came back from carbination. Nobody would even care about him if he came back. What would maul do. Kenobi is gone and maul could not start a rebellion. Everyone is happy and wouldn't follow some crippled sith that failed. Lots of people don't even know about maul survival, and would question it. And they canceled tcw so it really wouldn't make sense if they brought him back n the new movies when they could of let him stay in tcw if it was not canceled.

Let's think:
-Maul is around his 20s during TPM, in 32 BBY. -The sequels might take place 30 ABY. -Maul would be in his 80s... It might work.

Really the prophecy of the chosen one will bring balance is stupid how can Anakin really stop Sith in the future there will always be sith or evil force users.

Putting Maul in a movie to "make people go back and watch TCW" is kind of silly and it's not going to save a dead show. (Plus this is 2015 so TCW would probably be forgotten by some people......) it'll also just be bad for the movie.

Well for Maul fans, I don't think an 80 year old version of him is going to be very... Appreciated...

But then that makes TPM-ROTJ pointless... I don't know how that makes it pointless it was a prophecy that shouldn't have been included and yes some things in the prequels are pointless.

I don't really think they need to resurrect anyone. They'd be just fine having new villains.

Like Jodo said Kenobi is dead (hey that rhymes) So there is no point anymore all Maul wants is revenge.

No one needs to resurrect anyone. Just because they may be cool characters or fan favorites doesn't mean they need to bring them back, dead is dead.

Have people forgotten that Maul isn't dead? He could be frozen in carbonate or preserved some other way. Has anyone ever heard of Khan? Same idea.
