At least let senators or Jedi use it then. I'm sure Ima-gun Di, Nahdar Vebb and especially that senator Cad Bane shot in "Hostage Crisis" could wear armor similar to Obi-wan's in "Deception" all the time. I say who cares how much it cost because if it was totally repellent from lasers and etc. Then you would win the war automatically preventing further senate bills. So I would go for it. In the long run you save yourself from further debt. Unless it's a rare material, in which case you wouldn't be able to get enough of it to win the war. |

But I'm sure they could have made armor that's at least a bit better then what the clones/stromtroopers are wearing, it didn't even help them when people tried to knock them out.

Not really. They live in the same house and receive about the same attention. (By coincidence, two twins walked by me as I typed this). Still, most twins don't have huge personality differences when they're young. But clones seem to be really different, just compare Echo to Hevy. Clones are the same. In ep2 the clones looked the same and you could tell by the looks of them that they are the same. The only reasons why they are different in tcw is because they thought it would be boring to have all the cones the same. Twins are not the same personality. They are unique. |
