Well... I don't own Han yet and the Squad Arena is kind of slow... So I guess I will just have to use Chewie for now. And how does protection even work? Because I got some on Bane but not on my other characters... Does it only come from mods? No protection is applied when characters get gear 7 I believe and every gear level after that increases the protection. Besides mods only the gear level affects it not the gear itself Ah, I don't have any gear 7 characters... so I guess that is why none of my other characters have it... I have been trying to get the right items to get Bane to gear 7 for a while now... But he has a mod that gives protection I think. |

Yeah, Boba's one of the best characters in the game, so I'd try to level him up. Once you get some other scoundrels, get rid of Chewie ASAP. He kind of sucks.  Yeah... I will probably get rid of Chewie as soon as I can. In fact I might just keep using my Royal Guard for taunts until I get Stormtrooper Han. |

Looks like June's "fan favorite" could be Thrawn. Also looks like fulcrum aka Kallus is coming soon as well along with the Tarkin Rework... damn this Empire and Rebel stuff just keeps going

Yeah I wouldn't call Ahsoka a "fan favorite" especially the Rebels version. Another Rebel character... and she won't even have a Jedi tag I bet cause of the story. Useless.

Tarkin Rework:
Tarkins new kit, transcribed from the podcast
Basic: same, but Tarkin gains 50% potency until he next uses ultimate firepower
Ultimate Firepower : special damage to all enemies, 100% chance to remove 50% turn meter, this attack gains offense equal to double Tarkins potency
Intimidation tactics: Tarkin gains potency up for three turns. Inflict crit chance down and offense down on all enemies. Rebels cannot resist these debuffs. Tarkin gains 15% turn meter for each debuffed enemy (2 turn cooldown).
Leader: empire allies gain 30 speed, inflict defense down on enemies when they fall below 100% health. Debuffs applied from this ability cannot be resisted.
Zeta: Expose enemies who fall below 100% health as well.
Unique (callous conviction): Tarkin gains defense equal to 100% of his potency.
Zeta: Tarkin gains 20% potency for each debuffed enemy.

The leadership Zeta is trash, his new unique is ok. It really depends on how much damage his AOE will do now especially with all those Potency modifiers, you could get Tarkin Potency 300% damage for the AOE. Could do a lot but not if the base damage numbers are what they're at now

Just unlocked Boba Fett and got Lando and Bane to gear 7... and I'm 4 shards away from getting Bane to 7 stars... looks like my scoundrel team will soon be ready...

I am horrible at space battles for some reason... I keep losing horribly to people who are like 5-10k below me in power... I started of at like 50 in the ranking... now I'm at 390...

But I'm happy they added Ahsoka for now. Other characters have two variants, so I think that she warrants two as well. And her kit looks really good too, and I think it'd be even better with Chirrut. |

As long as you keep getting ship currency to spend on shards then you'll be fine. That's pretty much the main reason why I do ship battles. They're just a means to an end. And I think you can unlock Zetas with them at some point... but I'm not there yet. |

Padme, Jango, Jedi Luke, Leia (new version), TCW Maul, Talzin, Hondo, etc should all take priority. Especially when some of those factions like nightsisters or clones are super ignored |

Even the lowest ranks you still get 800 currency per day. It's not that bad. I farmed Cody, Rex, Echo, Maul, Sun Fac and Zam from the ship shop. I'm only now farming ships. I also hard farmed 20 Zeta mats so I could Zeta Barriss since she's pretty OP when Zeta and makes GW on auto possible |

Hmm when I get Kenobi to 7 star in a few weeks I'll probably have one of the highest power teams of anyone in the game... will be over 51, 000 Arena power. Will make my GW more difficult, but since GW Node 11 is based off power I bet I'll appear in a lot of people's GW as well

Ah... well I thought it would be beneficial to buy ship shards to protect my high rank in order to get more shards... But I guess I should just buy character shards instead (I already did that with most of my shards anyway). And I'm not sure what Zetas are... so I don't think I will need them any time soon either |

Whereas Fleet shop has ship shard, character shard, gear and ability mats. It makes a lot more sense to have a higher minimum in that case. But the reason your Arena is slow is kind of on you more then the system. You are using a very old account, by the time you came back to the game there where tons of people ahead of you by months. When I was leveling up, I was leveling with everyone else which meant it was easy to stay competitive |

But the reason your Arena is slow is kind of on you more then the system. You are using a very old account, by the time you came back to the game there where tons of people ahead of you by months. When I was leveling up, I was leveling with everyone else which meant it was easy to stay competitive I guess... but then the system is kind of stupid in my opinion... They should divide people in level brackets... not account-age brackets... |
