Saul is the MUCH better choice. The fact that Yorick and Saul BOTH voted for the Raccoon and tied the vote makes this team obvious.

So here are my thoughts after recent events:
Frank - Loyal
Jhin - Seems loyal
So that leaves me with: Saul, Raccoon and Tree. I'm 90% sure Tree is scum at this point, its the only way in which things would make sense... but who his ally would be is a more interesting question... It's either Saul or Raccoon. Now let's consider the outcomes:
1. We convict the right person. He comes up as scum in the morning, we can then push for Tree on the next day. There may be one more murder in the night but with this outcome the loyalists would win.
2. We convict the wrong person. He comes up as loyal in the morning, but no one was murdered for some reason. We would have 3 loyalists vs the remaining 2 scum. We should still win.
3. We convict the wrong person and someone gets murdered during the night. This would mean the scum win.
So... tonight's protection will be extremely important... if it fails we could be screwed. At this point its a guess which of the two is scum, it's a 50% chance we get it right... but we can increase our chances if the protector makes the right decision.

Also if Saul and I were both scum don't you think I would have voted for him? It's very likely he will be convicted... if it turns out he is scum, but Raccoon seems more suspicious to me since Saul has no clear connections to anyone. Maybe I was wrong... like I admitted after reading Jhin's post fully, but still I made the decision and don't think Spider will let me change it. Either way |

Okay so here is why I voted Raccoon:
I know I am loyal. That's pretty much all I know for sure, so if I get convicted that's a bad thing. So I obviously want to prevent that. I truly have no idea who the scum is but if its Saul it's very likely you guys will somehow vote me off too if he comes up scum. However, since I'm pretty much 50-50 on Raccoon or Saul being scum I can hope Raccoon is scum and Saul is loyal. If Saul comes up loyal (or Raccoon comes up scum) and I voted Raccoon I would proof my loyalty and we would have a stronger group of loyalists to win this game. And since it's basically a guess which one of them is scum I went from Raccoon since that also gave me better chances to stay alive which in the end benefits the loyalists as well. So I voted Raccoon because if he is scum it's a better thing in general... I am not at all saying Saul is not scum, he could be... but I don't find the proof for him much more convincing at all, I actually feel Raccoon acts a bit more scummy, but its more a feeling than actual reasons.
Either way, after rethinking it all I came to the conclusion that Tree HAS to be scum or something really weird is going on. Since the suspicion on Raccoon and Saul are pretty divided it seems less likely both of them are scum... but if I'm not scum either, and Frank isn't and Jhin doesn't seem scummy either... then Tree is the only option from my point of view. So unless there is only one scum Tree has to be scum.

Maybe my way of thinking was a bit flawed, but I only slept for like 2 hours tonight because of the heat and mosquito so I was not thinking straight. But what's done is done. I still think Raccoon could be scum.
