Does this episode win the award for most lightsaber blades? I counted 16 blades altogether (that's including the cross guard saber). Probably in this and TCW, I guess The Wrong Jedi had the temple guards and the kids training though

Maul was his favorite in TCW Yeah, if he liked the Maul stuff from TCW then he would love this. This almost felt like a different show from what we got before... it was so much darker. But it also still had light hearted moments. It seems like they put 80% of their effort into this episode and 20% of their effort into the rest of the season. This episode was totally worth it, but we had to go through a lot of lame filler to get here. I hope that Season 3 will stay strong from the beginning to the very end.

They got Nika Flutterman (the voice of Ventress) to do the voice of the temple, right? It was nice how they got her back for this episode too.

I liked how Maul first told Ezra "I mean you no harm". It was just like Luke finding Yoda on Dagobah in Empire Strikes Back. It was cool how Maul was sort of the anti-Yoda of this episode.

One last thing before I shut up for now. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) The episode guide reveals that the new Inquisitor was called the Eighth Brother. And his species... a Terrelian Jango Jumper: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Terrelian_Jango_JumperLOL, I don't think anyone guessed anything close to that.

Why use the same people who have been losing the entire time? They'll probably give it to a TFU character. I doubt Eighth Brother is gonna stop that. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

I wish they got more budget, apparently Vaders cape eats up a lot of the character budget ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) This episode was extremely dark... I am surprised something like this even airs on Disney XD like seriously? The seventh sister got wrecked, it was similar to how they didn't show the Savage killing the black sun council otherwise it would be too violent for a kids channel. Idk this season had it moments, Stealth Strike, The Honourable ones, Shroud of Darkness. I personally really liked A Princess on Lothal and Legends of the Lasat as well.

It seems DF didn't want to give a direct answer however this is Malachor, they kept the Sith temple and the battle from the EU intact... So this voice could be Traya who died on Malachor. DF said its ancient and she was a Sith. You may also know Traya as that troll on SW.com always used that as her avatar "Trouble" remember? Lol

That would make sense how insane that guy moved around, seriously at the start when they first fought and he threw those bombs or whatever he flew back almost instantly... I remember that species from TCW. One of those combined with force powers would be insanely fast an agile.

Honestly I was caught off guard... I didn't expect Maul to make his power play that early. I thought he would use them to try and defeat Vader...

Some people are predicting that the scene with Ahsoka at the end is her trying to walk away but falling to her knees and dying...

WTF... is Ahsoka dead? If yes, then did they do it offscreen? ![:-/](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/undecided.png) That's a HUGE screw up if they did. Of course it would be off-screen. This is not TCW, they are not going to let main characters die on screen.

I didn't watch the episode, but I did watch the end since I came across it on YouTube and her fate is left unclear. You would presume she died because she got locked up in a temple with Vader and only Vader comes out. But at the end you can see someone moving in a cave inside that temple... So she might be alive, but if she isn't this was a ridiculous way to kill her off.

Yeah I thought that silver thing in the center was Ahsoka when the bird flew that way. At first I thought Vader was dragging her out that would've been badass but too "dark" probably...
But anyways gotta post my weekly complaints... So they had 45 minutes this time and they still managed not to really do anything... Like 2 thirds of the episode was them fighting Inquisitors. Maul's stuff during that was alright but I feel like they didn't quite get his character right... They should've made the second half of the episode focus on Vader instead of the last 10 minutes... And Vader vs Ahsoka didn't really have as much of an emotional impact as it should have... Both seemed like they just wanted to kill each other. Ahsoka a bit less maybe but she didn't even really talk to him... But her slashing his helmet was cool although he looked/sounded still young like from TCW... This is like just 4 years from ANH now and should probably be how he looked in ROTJ... But I think they way they did it was better.
Glad they made Kanan blind hopefully that will be used in season 3. He's basically Rahm Kota now with the ponytail even has the goatee lol
So I mean there were quite a few good parts in this episode but idk.... However yeah better than the other episodes in the season though. Season 3 better be bomb ass

And it's just meant to be like a cliffhanger type of thing, I don't think they would be afraid to show her die on screen. The Seventh Sister got wrecked and they should Kanan getting his eyes cut out by Maul. Kanan is a main character on this show, Ahsoka isn't

Well Ahsoka got tossed off the side as well but she went back up, for some reason Maul didn't he just left the planet. There's no reason for her to walk back into the temple so I think she is dead but likely a force ghost.

I don't think they can even touch Luke, he never left Tatooine and he has no knowledge of the Galaxy. Han is possible but with an upcoming spinoff movie I am doubting it. My guess is Obi-Wan may come out of exile in secret and try to avoid Vader but to deal with Maul. Actually in the old EU he did leave Tatooine for a brief time I believe. Or Boba Fett...

Season 3 should be going towards the bigger picture with fully establishing the Rebel Alliance. And idk Boba does not seem like he would be the major thing

Boba Fett and Lando together in an episode could be interesting though ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) Perhaps the rumors that Admrial Thrawn will be in season 3 are true?

Sometimes I think arcs could be cool because than we could have some stuff follow like Ahsoka or Maul or maybe even Vader. However I am liking the ghost crew a bit more now. Kanan is still the best but Ezras story is starting to get a lot better. I like Zeb a lot more after the episode with him and Kallus. Sabine got better this season, Hera is the most boring IMO all she does is fly the ship, you could get chopper to do that
