Ladies and gentlemen,
I, Pinda of House Zwerver, have an announcement to make. I would like to reveal to you that I have been given the role of inspector. While my role wasn't originally called inspector, I had a one-time inspection ability, but it became a permanent thing after Star joined our group. Practically making me the inspector. I'm revealing this because first days are always hard, so I hope that this revelation will at least start some discussion that could lead us to finding a spy. And I would like to state a theory I have come up with myself: The fact that my role became permanent after Star joined us could indicate that he is scum and my permanent role is meant to make up for that. This is just a theory, and I don't think we should jump to any conclusions based on it, but it is something we should keep in mind.
Furthermore I would ask of the protector to protect me tonight, so that I can hopefully provide you with some useful results tomorrow.
OOC: Do my attempts to sound as someone with a monocle work?

I'd say Pinda's legit with his early claim (especially after last game  ). However, I'm kind of on the fence that him suddenly being a permanent Inspector means Star's scum. Pretty obvious isn't it? |

Actually if he is third party then it stands to reason the scum roles where upgraded as well or Pinda is just lying about his role being upgraded, which is less likely but possible so he would be protected. |

What do you think the chances are of some scum roles also getting changed with Star's arrival? I know that a full inspector might have been used to balance things out, but the scum also might have needed some additional balancing. And if Star's third party (which would make the most sense), then both the scum and loyalists would likely need some tweaking.

ATTENTION: Star has been added to the game. His character is... Star: A smooth-talking, ex-Nami who was exiled from the Order for being too happy. Star uses two katana-like vibroblades as his weapons, but his ability to use the Force was taken away from him by Namialus. This loss did not bring Star down, as the overly-confident, narcissistic mercenary then found 23421 other reasons to like himself. OOC: lol this should be fun to roleplay as. But I only jest. I will counter Pinda's claim by saying he could be a scum trying to push pressure onto me and making it seem stronger with a fake role claim. What he suggests seems really convenient and with little discussion that's useful, perhaps he thinks he can sway the minds of everyone to take out a loyal (me) right away. I wouldn't trust him right away, it could be a scum move. I bet bane agrees with me |
