Anyway, I thought Arya was going to die for a moment in that scene with Nymeria... would have been a very "Game of Thrones" thing to do... we haven't had a surprising major death in a while... Honestly I thought the same thing. People would be so pissed but honestly I could see GRRM doing it.

I think arya still has a place in the story. Like I doubt anyone else will kill Cersei.

I think arya still has a place in the story. Like I doubt anyone else will kill Cersei. I'm 90% sure Jaime will kill her. She is slowly turning into the mad king queen... and eventually she will go too far (like trying to blow up King's Landing) and Jaime will have to step in and stop her like he did with Aerys. And there is that prophecy from the books...

I saw a thing online how Jamie was standing on the map he was standing at the fingers while Cersei was standing on the neck. Hinting at the choking prophecy.

I loved last episode but I still wasn't that big fan of the choppy editing action scene and kind of corny/blunt dialogue. I understand the choppy editing because it reflects the surprise attack and confusion the characters are experiencing. But it was hard to keep track of everything. But some lines I just did not like was "And I am an excellent judge of character" makes sense but viewers aren't dumb, only excusable cause Tyrion said it. Daenerys' "I will burn you alive" maybe it was the delivery, but I didn't like the line itself. It isn't her. Then there's more that just directly state the reason why a character is doing something. Like as a viewer we can figure it out. We know these characters we can understand their motivations, they don't have to directly state them. Give us more metaphors like Olenna did! Or "Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe".
I'm not sure if that makes sense. I'm nitpicking

I think they are going to pull a Force Awakens though... When Jon and Dany meet they stare at each other and then they will cut to black and roll the credits... I'm calling it.

When Jon and Dany meet they stare at each other and then they will cut to black and roll the credits... I'm calling it. Highly doubt it I don't know... It could really happen... Dany will probably have to deal with the consequences of the capture of Yaren and Ellaria in the first part of the episode... Euron will deliver his "gift" to Cersei so we will probably spent a lot of time in King's Landing... and then there is the battle at Castely Rock... and I expect some stuff to happen in the North too with Littlefinger and Sansa... and then there is Arya, Sam and Bran... I could see this episode end the way the preview ended... Tyrion, Davos and Jon (and maybe Varys) will talk for a bit before Jon and Dany meet but I doubt we will see much of a conversation between Dany and Jon in this episode.

Possibly but it would be dumb to drag it out and I doubt they would take up like a quarter of a 30 second preview to show us just the ending scene...

Do you guys think Jon would bend the knee? He probably won't at first... but I think eventually his only options are marrying Dany or bending the knee... because he really needs that dragonglass/fire.

Well... A Feast for Crows is definitely not easy to get through... I mean it has its good parts... Dorne is already much more interesting than it was in the show (and I'm only 2 chapters into that storyline). And the Greyjoy stuff also seems more interesting... But Brienne chapters are so boring... Every time i get a Brienne chapter I kind of stop reading for a few days... I just cannot get through those.

Like there's Victarion and Arianne but not much else of value.

Like there's Victarion and Arianne but not much else of value. I think splitting up the books like this was a horrible idea... This book would have been much more interesting if 50% of it was not about the Lannisters... it gets a bit repetitive. Especially when you get a 20 page Cersei chapter first and then a 20 page Jaime chapter that is pretty much about the same stuff.

Finally, the season's getting really good. This episode really made it feel like the season's moving forward. I loved how it started with Jon and Dany meeting instead of saving it for the end. Tyrion and Jon's reunion was really good too. Bran though... why the hell is he so creepy now? I get that he's the Three Eyed Raven, but if he wanted to prove it to Sansa he could have brought up a different memory...

I kinda wonder what would happen if Dani took the dragons to kill all the white walkers... Like i they didnt have archers or whatever so unless the king could cook something up they could just burn literally all of them from range.

Okay I'm looking at the trailers... I think she sends the dragons and Dothraki to Highgarden in those fields. Is that next episode all ready? The shots in the trailers of Tyrion on the cliffs and the dragons leaping up look like Dany is riding into battle without Tyrion's approval. Jamie survives since he's riding in the burning fields but I wonder if they lost?
