Umm nobody knows that... Other then Allana... And maybe there father. And Margeary and Littlefinger... probably Loras too... and he might have revealed it... I think he did. The High Sparrow wanted Cersei to know so the Lannisters and Tyrells couldn't unite against him.

Since the NFL off season is at a low point while we wait for the new season some of the analysts have started to do a weekly segment where they review the latest Game of Thrones episode

I'm sort of surprised they haven't showed him again since he was captured. I guess they just wanted to leave Ramsay's torture methods up to our imaginations...

Yeah torturing a child is probably a bit far even for this show. But personally I think that Ramsay will use him in some other way. Leverage probably, to flush out Sansa.

Eh they did what they did to Olly, Lommy, Robert's bastards. I think they could. And we hear Ramsay say "Do you like to play games, little man?" in the trailer.

And we hear Ramsay say "Do you like to play games, little man?" in the trailer. The Olly thing was a short, powerful scene that represented the main bad guys in the knight's watch not being a problem anymore. This Rickon kid is not important enough to the plot and never will be. and as for that quote, of corse there will be some discussion between the two of them but not torture.

In what other context would Ramsay ever ask someone if they like playing games?

He's only a plot device in order to get Jon and Sansa to retake Winterfell at this point. I'm pretty sure the only reason why he was on the show in the first place was because he was there in the books (but I don't think he did anything there either). Oh, well, maybe he'll actually start doing stuff and we'll like him. What if he kills Ramsay?
