Monster, Ghosts of Mortis (dat vision doe), and the entire Citadel arc... Might change my votes though because I don't remember these arcs exactly

Ghosts of Mortis, Altar of Mortis, Overlords, Witches of the Mist, Nightsisters.
All episodes in the second half of S3 were good (although the Citadel arc wasn't that special in my opinion) but I think these are the best. Ghosts of Mortis would be my first choice though.

I didn't like Ghosts of Mortis that much. It was okay, but it ended up being pretty anticlimactic. Altar of Mortis was much better.

Crisis on Naboo wasn't that good. Brothers was okay but it should have been handled a bit differently.

Second half of Season Three was amazing but first half was weak. Season Four stayed consistently good aside from a few. |

Crisis on Naboo was a great episode. I'll admit though, that it was a little disappointing. I would've liked a nice and better fight with the bounty hunters and the Jedi. However, Dooku was a pretty nice touch. It could've been a little better, but still a solid episode and satisfying conclusion for me.  |

Crisis on Naboo wasn't that good because the episode was all over the place. It tried to accomplish too much in the time it had and the ending felt really disconnected from the rest of the arc. I think it would have been better if the final battle involved the bounty hunters somehow. Dooku using them as tools was cool and all but it was disappointing after following them for three episodes. Plus the first three episodes of the arc were awesome, but this one just fell flat compared to them.

Witches of the Mist (one of the greatest episodes during its time... and still is amazing), Altar of Mortis, Counterattack (Echo's "death" and that last fight were great), and both episodes of the finale arc. Loved them.
