Is anyone going to watch 12 monkeys? Premiere is on SyFy in a few minutes it seems pretty interesting Ayyyyyyy!!!! I watched the first 5 mins then stopped. And I only watched that much since when I was watching The Twilight Zone marathon on New Years Eve/Day. I must've seen the ad over 100 times. Was it good?

What's a good show to watch? I'm kinda on a long break so Don't say Sherlcok, Doctor Who or Game of Thrones. Currently I'm watching Parks and Recreation but it's like a comedy.. Top Gear is also good but it's like real life stuff... So if you don't like that then: Arrow Flash Agents of Shield Chuck Revolution Psych I think those are all the shows I've watched on Netflix and liked besides Breaking Bad and Supernatural of course

Ok that site is all messed today well I'll probably just star Agent Carter and maybe Arrow later since Carter only has 3 episodes right now though it has to have a time slot the same as supernatural so won't be watching that.

Not sure where to post this so i'll just do it here: Even if you are not a fan of Anime i still highly recommend this show. Only a small few shows have ever managed to captive me so much from start to finish. Thrilling, enthousiastic, mysterious and beyond inspiring. I don't think there is a show out there with a bigger scale then this. It's themes are beautiful, its characters are wonderful and loveable and will stay with you probably forever. This is a tale of the ages told through the power of passion, ambition and an evolution of story and character that you can never even dream of. Trust me, you can't. A rollercoaster ride that has truly everything for everyone with some fantastic twist and heart shattering developments. I shall not soon forget this absolute masterpiece. I'm talking ofcourse about Tengen Toppa Gurren LagannMore commenly known as just "Gurren Lagann" or "Pierce the Heavens Gurren Laggan!" And trust me, that title will make perfect sense as the entire series developments before your very eyes. I hope some of you will check it out if you haven't seen it already

Anyways out of shows I watched to completion (at least to where the show is currently at) , this is how I rank them. The 1 out of 10 rating is the overall quality, the number ranking is sort of how much I enjoyed the shows, shows with one season where places to the bottom automatically though.
1a) Supernatural - Not always the best show or not always consistent however I find the characters always likeable to be around and the concept is almost always good (if sometimes not executed good). 9/10
1b) Breaking Bad - Excellent show and it deserves to be the top show of the last decade. Great characters, great plot, honestly never a dull moment (not even "Fly"). Both Breaking Bad and Supernatural are tied as they succeed in different aspects, one has a very good and strong plot the other is just always entertaining. 10/10
2) Longmire - a show I recently just finished (in like a week) but it was fantastic, I loved the plots, characters and the similarity to Supernatural (hunts/ cases that whole mystery aspect). I hope its renewed for season 5, one season could finish the show right. 9.5/10
3) Game of Thrones - This show maybe should have been in second place or even in the running to be tied at 1st however I reconsidered it due to some weak seasons (Season 3 was mediocre and season 5 was kind of just dull, nothing happened other then events with the Wall). Supernatural has some weak seasons as well however it has twice as many seasons and makes up for it elsewhere. 9/10
4) Prison Break - Fantastic first season perhaps one of the best of any show I watched however after the first season it sort of has a repetitive aspect to it and just not as good, the 3rd season while very good as well was cut off due to the workers strike in 08. 8/10
5) The Clone Wars - Not much needs to be said right? Everybody here has seen it, an overall good show but lots of dry spots. 8/10
6) Crossing Lines - Good cop/ detective kind of show, again I like the whole mystery aspect and the different kinds of characters was awesome however it only has two current season and the third isn't looking too bright with lots of casting changes and some delays. 8/10
7) Legend of Korra - Great 1st and 4th season, the 3rd season was pretty good as well however the 2nd season was honestly really bad, for an animated show though it held my attention surprisingly well. 8/10
8) Daredevil - Another show with a great first season however it only has one season and because of that I can't justify putting it any higher, this show does everything right and if it continues this way I could see it being up there with Breaking Bad for example. 9.5/10
9) Star Wars Rebels - Again only one season so it isn't fair to put it higher then this however it was very enjoyable experience, and I can honestly say none of it was bad or boring similar to my experience with Breaking Bad. Season 2 looks very promising as well. 9/10
10) Better Call Saul - Good show, lots of similarities to Breaking Bad however the first season was slow and had little danger or conflict, two aspects that made Breaking Bad so good, the characters are strong however but the story was pretty meh looking back, however I am not worried I am confident this show will pick up pretty soon. 8/10

I like Newan's Top 10 so i'm just gonna do one too now and yes there are actually more then 10 1) Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack On Titan) - Intense and bloody yet inviting and captivating. The show probably has the best animation ever put on screen and supports character with strong morals and a true sense of fighting spirit that will get you pumped, even when most of them get eaten by giant naked Titans in some of the most gruesome ways. Don't get too attached to characters here, however in the end you'll find yourself doing exactly that. A phenomonal archievement. Also one of the most memorable soundtracks by Hiroyuki Sawano makes every situation even more impactful, wether it be slicing the back of the enemy's necks in a fight for survival or a moral choice a character must make for him or herself. 2) Fairy Tail - After 252 (as i write this) episodes the series is still going strong and steady as ever. Never before have i seen a cast of characters this loveable and a world that is so inviting. Despite it being an action show with magic it even manages to be the best comedy of all time as almost every joke had be bursting in laughter. The show has everything, from light hearted feels to extreme bursts of emotion. A truly magical archievement that isn't likely to go away any time soon. It has a formula that does become clear after some time, but instead of getting boring it surprises and brings twists (that make sense) and fuels you with excitement all over again. 3a) Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann - Beyond awe inspiring. It grabs you with its uncrontable energy and enthousiasm while still maintaining the essesnce of each character and their inner struggles to makes the impossible possible. A tale for the ages that will have you laughing, cheering and crying in a matter of minutes and always goes the full 110% on everything it does. The themes of the show are represented in some of the most impactful ways i've ever seen. A story about transcending even the gods! "Your drill is the one that will pierce the heavens!" 3b) Kill La Kill - From the same creators as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. And it shows all the time. The show has the same power, energy, enthousiasm and 110%over-the-top everything! A marvel to behold in both animation and development of story and character. Where most shows have fanservice for no good reason, this one completely changes the meaning of the word and uses as a plot point throughout its run and it is beyond genius! A wonderful cast of character that i will never forget and strong sense of destiny, rebellion and most important of all, the importance of friendship. Some of my most favorite fight scenes are all in this show. [/span] 4) Star Wars: The Clone Wars - You all know this one. Probably the best 3D animated show of all time boosting incredible storytelling with a large cast of unforgettable characters and never a dull moment. A fantastic edition to the Star Wars universe that met an unfortunate end by Disney. But even though Filoni and his team never got to finish the show properly it still manages to be one of the strongest series to come from the west, even in its unfinished state. 5) Invader Zim - Probably one the darkest animated series (not counting anime) wich led to its ineviatable cancellation. A show that focuses on the villian instead of the hero for a time and never lets go of its boundless energy and strange sense of style and humor. Also a very clever social satire about the stupidity and idiocy of the human race. What makes it even better then that? Well the fact that everyone in the show is an idiot, including the main leads. 6) Doctor Who - Just a few years ago i didn't even know what Doctor Who was. Never before have a watched so many episodes (or rather seasons) in one large go. Defenitely one of the strangest yet smartest shows on TV in the history of, well, TV. The show always manages to stay true to its roots and come up with clever situations and stories that will make you feel any kind of emotion. You truly feel like you are there with the main character and lived these situation like they did. Its legacy is vast and it doesn't seem the show is going away any time soon, wich after 50 years might just be the greatest archievement in television history. 7) Log Horizon - A story about people being trapped inside an MMORPG after a strange event they call the apocalypse. The show is 2 seasons strong now but the cause of them being inside the game hasn't been discovered yet. However this is not what the series focuses on. Instead it focuses on the power of its characters and how they must eventually accept their new world and test out its limitations, thus thinning the line between game and reality. Instead of your typical "oh no we're stuck in a game we must get out" this show focuses on how to start your live completely a new in a new yet familiar world. Economy, governments and politics are also a very much present theme and are done expertly through the use of a very large but excellent cast of characters (both human and NPC) A show not about escaping the new world, but making it one that you want to live in. 8) Guilty Crown - An amine not loved by many but it meant a lot to me. A strong story about genocide and a world on the brink of desease. It follows the struggles of a young man who comes in contact with a power that might rival that of the gods and follows his journey on how to control this strength and learn to use it for he believes is the right thing. Mid-way the show takes a large 180 turn and creates an unexpected villian wich seems hard to overcome. All the character are, naturally, likeable and loveable and i won't forget them easily. There is also some very good romance present as the stroy follows mostly teenager characters. However one thing that could've done better was the romance between the main leads. Despite that the show has incredible action, a thrilling sense of urgency but still maintaining what it is to be a teenager and until the day everything goes down and you have to make the ultimate choices that can lead to a better tomorrow. A show that literally grabs your soul and pulls it out. 9) Sherlock - BBC's modern interpretation of Sherlock Holmes is quite possibly (together with Doctor Who) the smartest show ever made. No surprise as it is also a Moffat show like the currrent Who. Normally modern updates are met with criticism but not here. Instead of just updating it they completely use the entire modern world and its advances. Benedict Cumberbatch is playing the role of his live here and has become one of my favorite actors because of this. His chemisry with Freeman is beyond outstanding. Smart, clever and never over complicated. Driven by characters, some of Conan Doyle's best works and the power of the brain. 10) Durarara!! and Durarara!! X2 Shou / Durarara!! X2 Ten / Durarara!! X2 Ketsu
Basically it's all the same show but divided in several seasons (with Season 2 labeled X2 and divided in 3 parts of 12 episodes each) A show about a cast of strange characters who live in the Tokyo Ikebukuro district where crime is a daily occurence. There are some many storylines in this series that it is impossible to talk about a main one. Almost every episode continues, finishes and introduces new storylines for our characters to go through. But that is where the series strength shines through, its characters! And man there are a lot, but they all make sense and have meaning to their presence here. From introverted teenagers to crime bosses to lesbian twins to demon possessed swords and a headless rider (one of the shows best character) Everything is intriqueing and captivating and won't let go until you've seen it all (the show isn't over yet) and only gets better over time and each and every storyline overleaps with the other in "oooh" worthy moments. Honorable mentions: - Star Wars: Rebels - Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D - ROBOTICS;NOTES - Game of Thrones - Shigatsu wa kimi no Uso (Your Lie In April) - Kekkai Sensen (Blood Blockade Battlefront)
