Anyways they just had the 300th episode recently and apparently it gave John a proper conclusion... so that’s cool

I'm honestly happy for his bc it means they know going in and it should end in a satisfying way. My worry for this show was always that it would be canceled and end on an insane cliffhanger as it does pretty much every season.

I’m going to watch Season 14 once it’s on Netflix. Hey maybe I’ll try and keep up with Season 15 next year since it’s the end. Though most of the seasons I just binged straight through.

I think I want to try and get back into this. I watched the first 6 and a half seasons, but I remember you guys saying those next few seasons were kind of slow/boring.
Should I start up from the middle of season 6 and rough it out, or jump ahead to a later season? If I do jump ahead, would I be confused about anything major?

Honestly I wouldn’t really skip anything. If you really wanted to, then I guess maybe to Season 8 as it really picks up then. Honestly tho the end of 6 and the beginning of 7 are pretty good. |

I only got to episode 9 of season 14 before I stopped, finished the season tonight. It was good but I didn’t like how easily Michael got taken out mid season, although I never thought he should be a villain anyway. They killed a lot of people near the end though.

I thought the ending was pretty good. Basically what I expected from the start that one of them (most likely Dean) would die first and the other would die a long time later but they would all end up in heaven. I mean they really didn’t have to show the last episode tbh, they could have ended it at episode 19 and have been perfectly fine.
But I like that basically every plot line kinda got wrapped up, Michael is gone and almost every angel. I’m guessing Hell is locked up again or something from Jack rearranging things. Cas maybe could have got a better ending since he’s basically trapped in nothingnesss forever.

The one plot line I’m really sad never got addressed was that kid in season 5... the one that was considered the anti christ. I think they realized they made him too powerful and since the show didn’t end after season 5 they just couldn’t have someone like that around. Still it’s probably the greatest loose end on the show imo since he’s the only one left that I think would still be a big threat to the world.
