I'd like to ask the team a general question: should we make an all new story and characters, or base some story elements and have character inspiration from films and TV?

Well, we should have a bunch of new characters I think and unique story elements. But some could be based on movies or TV (especially SW) |

So I've been thinking again on story ideas and I see the hardest parts to get past is which time should it be based in, which original Star Wars characters appear and what the story revolves around. Well not many SW characters exist before the KOTOR and TOR era or at least not well known ones and going back all the way too 20 000 years you would have hardly nothing. Yeah, as far as I know, there aren't any big Star Wars characters then. There was this really cool Sith King called Adas though. |

Are we breaking canon in this one? Well it will take place long before the movies and long before TOR era for that matter so weather stuff is canon back so far would be questionable. I know TOR and Kotor are canon but not sure about stuff before. |

I don't know why, but I just feel like I want to make stories based in that era. If anything, I want to see how the sequel trilogy does that job. |

Well it takes place 30 years after ROTJ so that means some stuff like the Thrawn books will remain which I'm happy about  though the Vong wars I did not like would be cool to see a animated TV show about though.... |
