I know a little German. But I only know how to say it, not type it. My spelling would be way off. I also know a lot of older German as well. But once again... no idea on the spelling...

I think the hardest parts Dutch for foreigners are the verbs (which are a lot harder than French verbs) and words "de" and "het" (which both translate to the in English). But I think the words and word order will be doable for people who's primary language is Germanic (like English and German). |

I consider trying to learn some Russian this summer. I normally wouldn't voluntarily learn a language, but Russian sounds so awesome. And with Putin trying to take over the world it might come in handy I wonder how hard it is though.  |
