You know, I really wonder why the imperials kept the body of Luminara around all that time... Wouldn't it decompose. I'm sure they used some sort of technology to preserve it all that time.

Did they ever take Biology? It was in some sort of case, so that was the technology probably. I'm sure they knew. I mean even the ancient Egyptians figured out how to preserve bodies and that was in the way past.

But why preserve her body? Why not some other Jedi? Like Shaak Ti, or Aayla? Maybe because of her teaching methods and personality. Kannaan wanted to hand off Ezra to her if she was alive because she best suit him for a teacher. They both are alike maybe. Why did Yoda choose Ahsoka for Anakin because they were alike in behavior in many ways. Same deal here, which is why they most likely chose her.

They didn't know kanan was alive. So they wouldn't be like, "Oh let's save this one dead Jedi because I bet Kanan is alive and would want to save her"

She was a slave in containment. Once they realized that then they went to rescue her. And as a bonus Kanaan decided she was a better teacher for him if the mission was a success. But they don't go after her just so Ezra could get apprenticed by someone else. That was added on but not why they went to begin with.

But why preserve her body? Why not some other Jedi? Like Shaak Ti, or Aayla? Her body was preserved in the cryo-chamber you saw her corpse is. Why did they choose Luminara? That was just random. They probably have more corpses lying around. It doesn't matter wich Jedi corpse they use, as long as they use a corpse to lure survivors like Kanan.

I mean what light saber battle, other than the maul and Vizsla battle, ever ends up in the same place until it's done. He is a Jedi not a weak minded droid. Even Ezra had a trick or two as to how to escape the doors of his cell.

But without her body/ existence then they wouldn't have gone into the prison in the first place.

Maybe it all helped them lower their guards and whatnot I see where you're coming from it was a little unnecessary but still like for people who didn't know it was a trap it made it that much more of a plot twist

I'm oddly confused. How come this latest episode was given a 9/10. It isn't THAT excellent. None of TCW's Season 1, 2, 3 got 9/10. I think that reviewer must be a little too lenient on kids shows. Oh well. As long as the reviewer is giving 8-10+ for LOK I'm fine with him giving 9/10 for Rebels.

What was the episode this week called. I want to fund it on the Internet..... ? Rise of the Old Masters I thought that was last weeks episode. That doesn't make sense that they would upload the episode to the internet before it airs on TV in Friday? Do try do it differently for this show?
