Is it me, or does Chopper remind me of Marvin from Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy  I still have yet to see that film  But i have seen a few parts on tv once. Is Marvin the sad robot with Alan Rickman's voice? Because then i'll atleast know what he looks like Yep, that's the one  |

One of the main droids for Rebels got revealed earlier. It's a type of astromech droid called Chopper, and he looks pretty cool. He kind of looks like U9-C4 from the droid arc:  |

So, what is chopper's designation numbers and letters. I doubt he has one since this show is for kids and the kiddies brains would be confused by numbers and letters. Probably what Disney thinks.

I might have the same target audience as TCW. Will it's safe to assume that it is considering the Disney XD channel itself is aimed at little boys. TCW's target audience might've been similar at first maybe a little older but the stories and stufd were pretty dark and a lot of different people liked the show.. But then again, it was said somewhere Rebels would be a little darker so I guess we won't know anything for sure until the show actually airs |

- 4 main characters plus chopper
- Erza Bridger is male, and is the force sensitive one. Probably human. Main character.
- 2 other male characters
- 1 female character (probably the twi'lek) won't appear much as the the other three.
- First episode will start on a new planet in the SW universe.
- Inquistor will appear a lot
- Lots of mindless action
- No huge plot
- aimed for little boys (This is a fact, unfortunately)
- Bad voice acting
- Season 5 of TCW animation
- No TCW characters except for Ahsoka if Dave convinces Disney to let her make a one-time appearance.
- "Ghost" ship will be shown a lot
-Set between ROTS and ANH and will be set in 6 BBY ( Fact)
Well, this about sums rebels up...

We know nothing about a plot yet. And you can't say 'mindless action' yet because you haven't seen it. Aimed for little boys and bad voice-acting, again, something you can not judge before seeing anything. People need to stop judging stuff that isn't even released yet. IMO this show looks very promising so far. Also, no Ahsoka please, her story is done. |

Yeah it really annoys me that people are harshly judging Rebels even though we haven't seen any actual content just because TCW was cancelled... Like get over it..
I remember when it was announced Disney bought Lucasfilms and there would be at least 3 new SW movies, everyone was all hype and then TCW was cancelled (which is kind of justified) they were all #DisneySucks and Bonus Content (which let's not forget, didnt have to be released) more like Bogus Content (yeah calling TCW episodes bogus makes sense..)
And when Star Wars themed Club Penguin stuff was announced people who don't even play Club Penguin started raging about it for no reason...
Sorry for ranting it just really bothers and annoys me that people still do this....

I agree. For all we know, Rebels could be amazing. Or it could suck. You just don't know shouldn't judge until you've actually seen something from it. I think it looks promising. DF's working on it, and I'm sure he's keeping all of the fans of TCW in mind as he makes this.

Yes, grateful, because Disney is SO kind and always cares about us. If I was being given 100 dollars and only ended up receiving 20, would I be grateful? No. We were supposed to get 3 more seasons, not 13 episodes. I'm not going to be grateful if I'm being given shit. |

Well, they definitely recycled the Son's character model. So anyone with white skin and red markings on their face or in other words a Pau'an is a rip off of the son? If anything the Son's design was ripping off the Pau'ans from ROTS.. |
