I said this in a earlier message but ill say it again here. Lately the scum have not been winning and the reason for this I think is because of how much the games have grown and how many new people we have in the past 3-4 games. I think in order to make things more balanced the scum should consist of 1/3 of the players(The minority team) the loyals should consist of 2/3 of the players( The Majority team) so lets say we had 18 people in a game there should be 6 scum and 12 loyals if there's 15 people in a game then there should be 5 scum and 10 loyals and so on. If there's happens to be a odd number like 16 you could put the extra player on loyals or make a third party or something like that. Of course it's the hosts choice but I believe this makes the games a bit more balanced as long as the roles are evened out as well.

Good Idea. I think we should give them extra kills if they aren't winning.

I'd respond, but I've actually said the same thing myself. I also think it's because the loyals keep revealing their roles, and when people follow the "confirmed loyals," it's pretty easy to convict on guilt by association. So a no revealing roles except inspector rule would be useful as well.

And I agree, this does make a lot of sense. And I still can't figure out who hasn't signed up for my game yet. Everyone's been having 16 or 17 players lately, and I've got 15 as of now.

16 isn't a even number when dividing people in a team. 15 is because you can put 5 on scum and 10 on loyals. If there was 16 then there would be a extra loyal.

Or you could make there be less scum, but they could have more powerful roles. But I like the idea of the scum team a third or fourth of all the players.

I think a fair scum team would have to include a murderer and a janitor.

Good Idea. I think we should give them extra kills if they aren't winning. No no no no no. If they're losing that's their fault, it would make it unfair to the other team and take away their work. I think all advantages to the scum (and both teams for that matter) should be done before the game starts, not in the middle. All variables should be planned out. Although I do understand what you mean with the scum getting extra kills, it's even tempting to do that as a host.
