As some of you know, some games have ended up as hard to win for the scum because of so many people claiming their roles on early days and "confirming" them as loyalists (this doesn't always confirm them though, they could be lying). Well, I thought that maybe to counter this we could allow the scum to pass on their murderer ability after they're dead. So if the original murderer dies they can pass the role down to a scum henchman or something like that. I think this will make it more balanced for them during games. So these are all the changes that I think will help the games be more balanced:
Murderer role gets passed down. Protector can't protect them self. Scum make up about 25% of the players and win when they outnumber OR equal the loyalists (if they can always murder then the loyalists can't win when they're equal to the scum).
So you can claim your role anytime you want, but it probably will mean that you'll end up dead pretty early in the game.

So it can only be passed down once? And I think it should only be passed down for a certain amount of kills maybe 2 or 3 at the most.

I think it will work if only 25% of the players are scum. In Stranded about a 33% of the players were scum so I don't think we needed the murder ability passed down.

That's seems fair but in some cases it's the teams fault for getting rid of their murderer so they should be limited to a certain amount of kills since it was their fault.

And you know what I'm referring too. Yeah, I do agree with you there. Although it's also unfair when loyalists claim all of their roles and the scum can't murder. There's nothing to stop them at that point, except for if they always have a murderer role.

I think it should depend. Because its the scum's fault for getting their murderer killed. But in some cases (TWOME) the murderer just acts stupid and gets themselves voted off so an additional murderer is needed.

I think that the protector should be able to protect anyone. Cause there are sometimes plans and stuff that have to involve who gets protected and stuff. The slightest change like that could mean the whole plan going downhill. I mean they are scum so it should be a challenge for them to suceed . But the murder role, i agree.

I still think the protector should be able to protect themselves on day 1

Yeah, it's up to the host. This is just what I'll be doing. Oh okay. While I don't disagree with these things, I might still change them whenever I host.
