If the clone wars was still on, I believe season 8 would probably be starting on Friday (Canada) and Saturday for elsewhere. It's usually the last week in September or first in October

Kind of a long time since I started watching the show (Movie in Theatres) before Grade 5 even started and I am in grade 12 now

Resolution for Maul, Bo-Katan, Mandalore as a whole, and a decent amount of resolution for Ahsoka. The Battle of Mandalore arc is probably the most crucial arc we haven't seen yet. Idk I think there could have been bigger stuff in season 8. But it's probably the last arc before the final for Ahoska. Maybe the finale arc... but other than that I'd say Battle of Mandalore was the biggest.

It might have started next Friday actually, October 2nd, might make more sense to start it then. Three of the seasons started 2nd, 3rd and 29th, the 25th may be a bit too early. However season 3 and 4 started on the 16th and 17th but they probably changed it too later again since season 5 was the 29th one.

Mandalore arc had Bo-Katan and Ahsoka concept art and I think Kenobi would probably be in it as well wanting to help Satines sister. Mail would likely go back to Mandalore since there's nothing else left for him. Kenobi probably has a final duel and kills Maul, IMO it's the only logical way Maul dies is by Kenobi. Sidious could work as well but that chance has been passed up twice now

The Mandalore arc probably would have been the finale for season 7.

Nah finales always seems like revelation or strong character arcs often introducing new characters as well like Cad Bane, Maul, Boba Fett. I don't think the Mandalore arc would be the finale. I'm going to guess perhaps the Yoda arc might have been the end of season 7 since I really don't think it was meant to take place that early ( season 6) and it actually can't take place before son of dathomir due to some dialogue in the comic.

I'm guessing that if Ahsoka were to die, it'd be by Vader in the final half of season 8. I'm not sure who else I could see killing her besides a bounty hunter (which is a little random) or maybe Ventress.

I think that if they were planning on killing off Maul in that arc (and I bet they were), they would have him go down sort of on his own terms. He's basically lost everything now and has really got the crap kicked out of him by Sidious, so him at least sort of dying on his own terms could be like a final victory. I think it would be similar to how that one character died in Dark Disciple. And yes, Obi-Wan would have a hand in it somehow.

I watched Dooku Captured it was pretty fun. The Anakin/Obi-Wan focused episodes are usually great and with lots of witty dialogue. But there were some cheesy bits as well... Also noticing how "weird" the animation looks with everyone being super skinny and tall and with like Obi-Wan wearing armor and stuff and not looking like he did in the prequels... I wonder how people who saw the prequels reacted to the new Star Wars show..
Idk if you'll understand what I'm saying, I'm not fully sure what I want to say either lol but basically TCW also had a "rough" start which sorta reminds me of Rebels (TCW was still better though) and the style was weird but later looked really good and like the movies.

I find Rebels is pretty consistent though where as TCW was hit and miss at times usually the first half of the seasons... Also Rebels doesn't have to make entire episodes those weird side adventures which I like, they just incorporate funny moments into pretty serious episodes, the only time TCW did that pretty well was with Anakin and Obi-Wan episodes. Utapau arc is actually one of my favourites in the show...

I just watched The Unknown and Orders again for the fun of it (I skipped the two middle episodes for some reason ). It was even better than how I remembered it. One little problem I had was that Fives went to see Kix in the bar. Wouldn't it have made more sense for him to have met up with Jesse? They were close together. Kix never really did anything. Speaking of Kix, did anyone ever hear about the short story that they recently released that features him? I won't spoil it exactly, but it's a newer canon story that details what happens to Kix...

Yeah, it always kinda bugged me that Jesse barely got a cameo in that arc. Kix already got enough screen time in "The Unknown". They should've let Jesse meet up with Fives.

Is it based on an arc or something? I'd assume not, but the stuff involving Kix could possibly have been on the show later down the line. I sort of doubt it though.

Just watched Water War again. It was alright, but damn, I forgot how great of a villain Riff Tamson was. He's scary, intimidating, and holds his own in battle. If I was a Mon Calamari soldier going up against him, I'd probably crap my pants. And his voice is amazing. Seriously, every line he says sounds badass because of his voice.

I been watching a few episodes here and there again as well. Mainly the Maul ones after seeing the Rebels trailer. But on the topic of the Mon Cala arc that was like the only other time then Trench in Cat and Mouse that we actually saw an intriguing and competent separatist leader
