This was just a question I was pondering to myself and wanted to hear from you.
What is your favorite episode of any TV show ever??
I might be forgetting something else, but I consider "Heaven Sent" from Doctor Who to be a perfect hour. I love the heavy themes of the episode, powerful and distinct music, a creative premise, very refined writing, and one of the best acting performances I've ever seen.
Some runner ups are "Ghosts of Mortis" "The Lawless" "The Wrong Jedi" and "Sacrifice" from The Clone Wars, "Under God's Power She Flourishes" and "To the Lost" from Boardwalk Empire, "31" and "34" from Black Sails, "Chicanery" from Better Call Saul, and "Swan Song" from Supernatural.

From Clone Wars, likely “The Lost One”
Supernatural I think my favorite is “First Born”. I’ve rewatched that one quite a few times, although Mystery Spot is pretty fire lol
Breaking Bad could potentially be the Train Heist episode, it would definitely be one of the early season 5 episodes though.
Rebels, “Through Imperial Eyes”
Game of Thrones... probably “The Mountain vs The Viper” or maybe “Blackwater”
I really need to do a rewatch of Band if Brothers at some point, but there’s probably a solid contender in there for me.

I was trying to think of my favorite Breaking Bad episode. That’s definitely a good one. Can’t breathe after that ending. As for Game of Thrones, which of course I don’t really talk about too much, “The Winds of Winter” was perfect for me. Every scene delivered something amazing. I cried I cheered and I was speechless.

That's a good one. I've watched a shit ton of tv but most shows kind of just blur together so it's really hard to remember individual episodes, I think it would be easier to have an answer for episodic shows.
For TCW I might honestly go with Landing at Point Rain. I know the Maul, Umbara, or Siege are popular choices but I think LAPR kind of captures many aspects of the show, the characters, and the war really well.
Rebels I'd probably say any of the season finales except season 2's
So those two most on here probably know. For other stuff...
"White Nights" from Archer season 2 is fuckin awesome I think it captures the show's essence well.
"The Eleventh Hour" from Doctor Who is pretty enjoyable to me I've watched it a lot. Heaven Sent is really quite good I agree Spider however I don't think you get the same effect on later watches after the first
But yeah idk this is pretty tough to do for a lot of shows. However if I was forced to watch one episode of any tv show on repeat forever or something like that, I would be fine with LAPR or White Nights lol

Oh but the Dio's World 3 parter from JJBA Stardust Crusaders is kind of legendary... Jotaro vs Dio is about as epic as Anakin vs Obi-Wan for me
But my favorite JoJo episode is probably the D'arby two parter you have to see it to believe it... No one knows what I'm talking about though..... lol

"Crawl Space" from Breaking Bad is another really amazing hour. Cranston and Esposito, man.
I do like "The Eleventh Hour" a lot but it's not my absolute favorite. Very enjoyable and probably the best season opener they did but I think Matt Smith has some better episodes. "Vincent and the Doctor" and "A Good Man Goes to War" are S-tier for me. I also think "The Angels Take Manhattan" is very underrated and is extremely well-made.
