I enjoyed this episode more than last week's. It's really cool seeing Tambor and Trench interact. Moments like these between Separatist leaders are something I wish we got more of throughout the series. The new droids also looked pretty neat even though they didn't seem threatening at all.
I didn't expect to see Kenobi in this episode, so that was a nice touch. Really love how they're developing Anakin here, both with his conversation with Padme and his moments with Rex. It really seems like we're watching the ROTS Anakin at this point. The way Rex's feelings are getting in his way this mission adds a great additional layer to his character, too.

Good I liked it more than the first one as well. I believe the Padme scene was originally supposed to be Anakin telling Rex to get rid of the Padme porn on one of the gunships lmao. I would've liked to see that but I guess what we got is a lot more meaningful. I figured Anaxes would be part of the outer rim sieges but I thought the hologram scene would be in one of the other two arcs and it would be during ROTS... I really wish we would've gotten one more battle related arc with Anakin and Obi-Wan because them being in the sieges now feels a bit sudden. Oh well.
Also I guess everyone knows Anakin and Padme are fucking lol. I think Obi-Wan did know for sure and perhaps let it slide because he felt regret for not being able to pursue Satine and wanted Anakin to find the happiness he couldn't. That's my head canon at least

The clones' voices have been feeling very inconsistent though. Rex has been sounding way too soft for a couple seasons now I think. I miss his more gruff voice from the beginning of the show right now he kinda sounds like Rebels Rex. Doesn't seem like the bad ass he once was anymore. However I guess they wouldn't have re-recorded all the lines so most of what we're hearing is years old...? Idk. But like Hunter as well sometimes sounds too "soft"

I liked the episode, it had more story than last weeks episode but the action was pretty cool last week.
I thought the part with the local villagers was kind of weird tbh but the start and ending of the episode were both solid. I also like the development of both Rex and Anakin in this episode and the new scene with Padme and Anakin was a nice touch, I’m liking the new scenes that are different from the original story reel.
Hunter is still my favorite of the Bad Batch, don’t think that will change.
Hunter > Crosshair > Tech > Wrecker
