Yes it is... But I'm saying it's sort of boring... I don't remember all the openings but I'm pretty sure most of them were pretty slow... I'd like to be thrown right into the action or something Well you have to know why they are fighting to feel something right? That's why it starts slower so that the episode can set itself up. Writing 101. But it doesn't have to. Lots of things start out with action with a simple explanation thrown in

It's nice to change things up every once and a while.

Only a couple more episodes to watch until I'm caught up. Stealth Strike is probably my favorite of the season and possibly of the entire show. I really liked seeing Rex and Kanan working together even though they still argued a lot. Plus seeing a different Imperial officer was nice instead of it always being Kallus. The ship concept was pretty neat too. The whole episode reminded me a little of the Citadel. Hopefully they explain why this technology isn't used later on (like the B-Wing weapon too).

Why is maul shirtless again? I liked his season 5 outfit better.

So Red Avenger sounds like a Rebel nickname... If Ahsoka dies then nobody can identify Maul in the Rebellion I don't think. Perhaps Maul will take Ahsokas role and now the Rebels give him a chance to make one last base of power that he would want.
Maul leading the Rebels makes them more powerful even though he will be manipulating them for his own goals

I think Maul wants to destroy Sidious more than anything after Son of Dathomir.

It seems like exactly something he'd do.

As we know, it didn't end well

Ok Kisscartoon is on the dot with this, 30 mins after the episode premiered and they have it up in HD....
Anyways this was a pretty good episode, I like the fighter carrier design, sort of like a star destroyer but with less fire power however I guess it makes up for it in bombers/ fighters. They had a similar ship design in the EU as well.
Hera was talking in her Ryloth accent as well for awhile which was interesting, doesn't suit her though. Cham was pretty good and I liked the old Republic Shuttle design.
It's a shame we never saw the surface, but at least we will get to see a new planet next week it's Zeb and Kallus stranded.

It was nice to see Cham again (as well as Gobi and Numa). I liked the Mace Windu reference too, especially with Cham specifically talking about Liberty on Ryloth from TCW. It's really cool that we actually got to see this monumental battle that's referred to. Now if only the same could be said for the Siege of Mandalore...
I think Hera's accent was a nice touch. It helped show that she was actually related to Cham, even if it was a bit awkward when she first used it. That scene also revealed that Hera's had Chopper since TCW, so I guess he's older than most of us thought.

I'm just annoyed that those stupid Imperials who block their eyes with their damn hats were back again. That's a really bad design that they need to update.

Yeah however I think it sort of makes sense in a way, with TCW they would have just all been clones which is just the same model reused, it looks better but even TCW wouldn't have had enough budget to make all these officers unique looking. The Captain should have had a decent model though IMO

I actually laughed out loud when that A-Wing pilot died at the beginning of the episode. Seriously, how many pilot clones have died now? It's like at least one has to die every episode.

I haven't seen any of season two yet accept the opening premier; is it any good? So you've only seen The Siege of Lothal? That's probably the best episode (well, technically two episodes) so far. The finale looks like it could beat it though. The first half of Season 2 is sort of boring at times, but the second half has some more meaningful and entertaining filler stories. Overall, Season 2 is definitely a step up from Season 1.

Not bad episode liked all the things you guys said, the big hangar ship , Hera's accent. No real complaints with this episode although I don't think TIE bombers are that big... Rebels keeps making TIE interiors larger than they are the whole crew shouldn't fit in one......

When I first saw them inside I didn't realize that the entire crew plus Cham and his guys were all in one TIE. Even if the Bombers are larger than regular TIEs, that many people shouldn't be able to fit inside. But it's just a minor nitpick.

It maybe Star Wars, but it's still animated

Like I guess they removed the actual bomb stuff to make more room but yeah really just one man vehicles Also were Cham and his guys wearing Clone armor? All three had similar white belts I think. Cham looked like he had some orange shoulder pads as well possibly from 212th armor since they were also on Ryloth. That's kinda cool. Guess there would be quite a bit of left over Republic stuff from the battles like their shuttle.

Finally up to date. It was neat seeing Cham again as well as all the references to TCW. Next episode sounds like it'll be really interesting too.
