Well I believe we're in the position where any kind of vote is better than no vote I'd saw we used our no vote pass yesterday. I think Bane is the inspector at this point so bane are you? If he isn't then the inspector is just keeping quiet which is okay if they got nothing but if not then Squiggy was the inspector  |

What do you think the chances are Squiggy PMed a scum and told them that he's the inspector and that's why they killed him? Honestly... I think it's a possibility.  But I agree that someone should be voted for today. We've still got a good amount of time though. |

Actually, scratch that, Squiggy didn't post during Day 1. So I'd assume he didn't use any PMs either, which means it was definitely a random kill.

But I agree that someone should be voted for today. We've still got a good amount of time though. Roles are randomized for it could have been Squiggy but I'm thinking its Bane or Star. OOC: if it was Squiggy id probably consider giving someone else like one or two time inspects since he didn't post but that would be the hosts choice of course |

If you're the inspector inspecting me is pretty useless since I'd always be someone who's protected (most likely) 2. I'm a bit skeptical that someone who comes last claims inspector after everyone has already been on, well except Bane but we will see about him when he comes. You could be scum taking advantage of the situation that nobody claimed where the real inspector could either not be here yet (Bane), Dead (Squiggy) or alive and just didn't reveal himself cause he had nothing of importance. Maybe your claim is true but we will see when more people come. Though on the other hand someone else could claim possibly a scum (or the real inspector) and be lying as well in the case of a scum. |

I think I'm sorta in the same corner as Newan over Star. A late Inspector reveal is always a bit eyebrow raising and inspecting a very active, leading player doesn't seem the logical choice, but since I doubt Squiggy had the role and if Bane tells us it's not him, then I'd be 90% certain Star's telling the truth.

Well he wasn't on all day so that sort of does make me want to believe him, if he had been posting earlier and just decided to reveal now then that raises a lot of red flags. But I want more before coming to a conclusion specifically I want Bane to come, I tagged him earlier asking if he was the inspector but I'd forgot Star hadn't shown up yet either. OOC: I love Tyrions look in my avatar, he has that whole skeptical glare which is perfect for the situation  |

I said earlier that it was suspicious he came last and claimed but I guess it isn't that suspicious since he wasn't on to begin with but still he could have just read the comments and decided to go for it, we will have to wait and see unfortunately I probably won't be here to see how this unfolds.
OOC: like I said I'm almost certainly not going to be on tomorrow, I got my English exam in the afternoon so tomorrow morning I'll study a bit and then going to study tomorrow night for my Chemistry exam Tuesday morning, Chemistry is a bit harder cause I got to remember some formulas and stuff but I'm good at it. I'll most likely miss voting, I'll be back for day 3 (hopefully if all goes well in the night) I guess unless this will be an extended voting session
IC: I'll most likely not be voting, I do not have what I need to make a solid conclusion specifically I'd like to speak with Bane and speak with Star and others in discussion to see what comes up but I'll be absent for the day after this I may be on later tomorrow night or evening to check in but don't count on it. Don't bother asking any questions to me that need immediate response cause you won't get it sorry.

I know the dwarf wanted to wish us all luck and make sure we don't screw anything up while he's gone, but he seemed to make a big deal about his absence for the rest of the day. To me it seemed like he just sort of started rambling and repeating what he already said. But anyway, we really should vote for someone today, even if it's a crappy vote.
So, let's look into Bane's plan a bit more. Since he PMed Star and Pinda (who apparently were randomly chosen), they knew about his plan to "bait" someone. Which means that the plan would not work on them. And if one of them was scum, they would tell the rest of their team and the scum wouldn't take the bait either. So nothing would happen in the thread. And nothing did happen yesterday. If Star's telling the truth about being the inspector, that would only leave Pinda as a possible scum that could tell his teammates to not take the bait. That's all a major stretch, of course, but it's still a possibility.

If I just wanted to save my skin I could have PMed a few inactives such as Squiggy. That means that I took a gamble and trusted at least Star or Pinda to be loyal, but what can I say, you gotta takes a few risks. |

Most people weren't really that active and I bet plenty of people (like Newan) didn't even see Bane's message. 2. Bane could be scum. 3. The scum didn't want to attract any attention. 4. Legolas is scum and the scum didn't want to defend him because that would connect them to him. 5. Star lied about being the inspector. |
