To Fight Monsters is a series i am planning to make after finishing Rise of The Redemption. Premise:
"After the arrival of a mysterious Serpent a worldwide Monster invasion begins and Elvon Slachter of the Sythillion Kingdom loses his home and together with his friends Griell Telint and Amelia Blackhardt they decide to enlist in the army to prevent any other Monster advances. Meanwhile on the other side of the world Avri Embrak of the Embrak Kingdom studies the creatures while trying to figure out their origins and save his kingdom" The story will be told through 50 Chapters that can be divived within 11 arcs (however the series is more meant to be a continuing story all the time) I will also continue the picture count from where it left off with each chapter, unlike with Redemption where every episode has its own picture count. Characters:
Here are the names of a few important characters: - Elvon Slachter - Amelia Blackhardt - Griell Telint - Avri Embrak - Ilsa Reidmaster - Roud Musher - Mark Grause - Nandir Frost Chapters:
Also i decided to share the first 5 Chapter titles with you guys: 01. A Monsterous Present - The Monster Invasion Part I 02. The Fallen Lands - The Monster Invasion Part II 03. The New Generation of Soldiers - The Monster Invasion Part III 04. Training The 97th Squad - The 97th Squad Part I 05. Your New Family - The 97th Squad Part II Chapters 1-3 are part of the Monster Invasion Arc Chapter 4-5 are part of the 97th Squad Arc Also the premise of the first chapter: "The Sythillion Kingdom and Embrak are at war with eachother. In the village of Trahey in Sythillion lives Elvon Slachter with his best friend Griell and discuss the morality of war and the army while on the other side Avri Embrak is send before his father Tarin Embrak the King and getS tasked to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a fishermen's boat"
Here a picture of the gear i designed for the characters to fight monsters:  The show will contain a lot of blood (Although in LEGO) as many soldiers will lose body parts and the show will be using curse words (like the f-word and such) at times. Music:
To set the mood of the Series a little bit i have uploaded this track from "Attack On Titan" (wich partially inspired me for this series) If you any more question please ask and i hope you are all looking forward to it

I've kinda been quiet on this, but as you can see by the number of likes I've given, I am hyped for this series By the way, I have to ask since there's some similarity; is this partially inspired by the Monster Hunter games? |

Good question but unfortunately, no it is not. I know of Monster Hunter but for some reason i have never played the games. This Series is mostly inspired as a mix between Game of Thrones and the extremely popular Japanese Anime/Manga series Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack On Titan) So any similarities with Monster Hunter are purely coincidental |

It's been a while since i've left any updates here but naturally i've been hard at work with ROTR. Still to show that i haven't forgotten about this yet (I mean i have 50 chapters written how could i forget?) i wanted to share a little something with you all. I'd thought it be fun to share a small portion of the script from a random episode with you guys. I also thought it might be fun for you guys to see how i do things behind the scenes First off an authors note: I write scripts in a rahter unprofessional, simplistic way. It will look rather amateurish or laughable at parts. But for every part i write down i have exactly in mind the way i want to film and write it down on Flickr when i upload the pics. Once we get there it will all make a little more sense. And yes Mervorack is named after Maverick-Jedi-Valen. I've got more charcters in the show named after the usernames of people of the site Chapter 08 - The Decisive Decision script excerpt: *SCENE: A bunch of soldiers are standing on the roof of an old church that is located in a ruined, abandoned city* *Roud facepalms himself* Roud: "Ofcourse how could we forget that!" Amelia: "Because we were to busy griefing" Ingo: "You know if this might just work. However there is one problem" Roud: "Wich is?" Ingo: "We have to go through the ruins. It is crawling with Monsters there" Roud: "All the Monsters are on the left flanks right?" Amelia: "Those are hardly all the Monsters" Roud: "Great. So we finally come up with a good plan besides waiting for Mervorack who is probably still fighting or already dead. And now we also have the option of dying just by going to a place we assume is safer" Mark: "Roud, your sarcasm is showing" Ilsa: "I think it's a good plan though. But i do agree with Ingo. There are simply too many Monsters near HQ. We all know what happened the 91st squad" *Somewhere in the back are a few soldiers from the 91st squad just sobbing or looking down at nothing, depressed and shocked from their experiences* Ilsa: "I think their looks say enough" Durran: "I think i might have an idea that could help us out. But it is risky though. I will cut our team in half" Ilsa: "Words Durran! Words!" *Durran looks at Griell crying in Ilsa's arms* Durran: "I-i'm sorry that was a poor choice of words. I didn-t mean to-" Roud: "Tell us your plan Whitecattle" Durran: "Ah yes, ofcourse!" *Pic of Durran pointing at a cluster of tall trees* Durran: "As you can see there seems to be a small cluster of tall trees over there near HQ. What if we divide in two teams. One team goes up in those trees to distract most of the Monsters and hold them there. Whilst distracted the Monsters won't notice the other team flying through the city streets with their gear. That way they can safely reach HQ and activate the beacons and-" Roud: "Wowowow, hold on!! No one here has a beacon. Woot is the beacon carrier and he is still lost" Durran: "He wasn't the only one" |
